Disappointed by the reception staff Tahmer.

The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The reception staff by the name Thamer. He was very poor in customer service. Even though we were checked in late at 16.30 because the rooms were not ready and we had to stay at the reception, he refused to give a late check out to 15.00. He was very rude in his commutation. Needs training in customer service.
