The food selection for dinner was limited. Also, the hotel should be more proactive in advising guests how to access the hotel by foot from the metro station.

مديرة الجودة حاولت كثيرا إنها ترضيني انا وزوجتي وهذا أمر مهم جدا بالنسبة

عند الوصول جرى تأخر تسليمنا الغرفة لمدة ساعتين علما بأن الساعه كانت متجاوزة 6 م والحجز مدفوع ومؤكد
جرى وعدنا بالتعويض ولم نرى ذلك للاسف
في ثالث ليلة: تعطل التكييف الساعه 4 فجرا ولم يتم نقلنا إلى غرفة اخرى الا الساعه 3 عصرا
في ثاني ليلة: واجهنا مشكلة قصور في الماء في دورة المياه

السؤال الأهم بعد التجربة ! هل هذا الفندق من الفنادق اللي ممكن أرجعها ؟
