Clean hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff in great location next to train station
Pros:

Great location 2 min walk to Otsuka train station, lots of eateries and convenience stores nearby
Large room with double bed and very large bathroom with spa bath and separate toilet. Room cleaned daily with complimentary water daily
Staff were very friendly and helped us with forms to send luggage forward to next hotel in Nagasaki

Cons:

Only thing it didn’t have onsite laundry facilities/ but we found one approx 10 min walk

Habitaciones amplias y placenteras
Pros:

La amplitud de la habitación y el baño son extraordinarios. El sistema de luz y la música de ambiente en baño y la habitación es muy bueno. La limpieza de todo en general.

Cons:

La cama no era lo cómoda que se esperaba para una habitación así. Y que tuviéramos que dejar la llave de la habitación cada vez que sales, incluso para desayunar. Que no permitan abrir las ventanas.

Great location and spacious room
Pros:

The closeness to the train station was fantastic, the room was spacious and very clean with great ammenities.

Cons:

I would have liked to see out the windows, they were frosted glass, so seeing the weather was a matter of going outside. The breakfast options were okay, and understandable for the type of hotel this is.
