Buena instalaciones. Mal servicio.
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación que tenía. Justo al lado del metro. También todo lo que ofrecían para el aseo y la bañera con jacuzzi.

Cons:

Solicitamos ayuda para enviar nuestras maletas al próximo alojamiento y se negaron en rotundo. Tuvimos que ponernos a media noche a gestionarlo porque nos íbamos al día siguiente de madrugada. Fue horrible, y ellos mostraron una indiferencia absoluta. Sobre todo una chica joven, que directamente dejó de respondernos. Único hotel de Japón que no nos gestionó este servicio. Además, en la habitación no se podían abrir las ventanas y nos permitieron hacer el check in un rato antes, después de 30 horas de viaje desde España.

房內硬體設備有趣
Pros:

距離大塚站走路只要三分鐘，下面就是全家，放進內硬體設備很有趣，竟然有自動販賣機，還有可以音響設備，空間不小雙人床還有一個小沙發，浴缸前面還有電視機，淋雨還有小板凳可以坐著洗澡，卸妝保養品一應俱全。

Cons:

21點以後入住才有稍微便宜的房價。

Hotel Aperto is a very comfortable stay although it is unusual to stay more than one night, I definitely would.
Pros:

The room was big compared to other places we stayed at in Japan. The lighting is so easy to control and I love non-direct light. The japanese style bath was amazing as well, I might be adding that to my future house.

Cons:

I have no complaints, it was absolutely lovely.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and staff are really helpful. This was my first time in Tokyo and I was a bit worried about navigating such a huge city. The location of the hotel is exceptional. The JR train is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The room was OK size for me. It has a queen bed and a couch. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough. I do recommend the hotel and W oil love to go back sometime.

Cons:

The room smelled like cigarettes the entire stay. The smell would not go away no matter how hard we sprayed air fresheners
