Zimmergröße TOP und riesig für Tokio, Lage - direkt an der Yamamoto Line. 2 min zu Fuss zur Station. Frühstück im Nebengebäude top. Seven 11 und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustüre. Top Pflegeprodukte. Sauber und Raucherfreundlich.

Cons:

Das Personal sprach kein Englisch. Jedes Mal Probleme beim Check-in, da ich diesen um 18 Uhr gegen Aufpreis gebucht habe und erst ab 21 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen konnte. Wenn man das Zimmer tagsüber haben möchte, oder frühst rein, so ist dies nur mit zusätzlichen Kosten möglich.

Pros:

Лучший отель за всю поездку! Расположение хоть и кажется немного ужаленным от центра, но все равно супер удобное, т.к. на Yamanote line. От метро до отеля минуты 2-3, рядом есть Lawson и 7/11, кафешки, маленький филиал Donki (чтобы не тащить покупки из центра).
Сам отель ну просто восторг!!! Большие номера после 10 дней в номерах-малютках - это счастье😌Номер отличный, все как на фото.
Дружелюбный персонал! Максимально пытаются помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Для общения использовали переводчик, меня это нисколько не смутило - главное результат :)
Для меня одним из главных плюсов была возможность курить в номере. В отеле все номера для курящих и скажу так - лично я курю в день лишь пару сигарет, поэтому немного боялась, что номер будет очень прокурен, но ничего подобного не было! Когда зашла в номер, то не почувствовала никакого запаха! Поэтому считаю, что даже некурящим в нем будет комфортно.
В номере также была куча всяких плюшек - даже контейнер и раствор для линз был! Про ванну с подсветкой и гидромассажем вообще молчу!
Да и стоимость ну просто мечта!
Очень советую! 10000/10!
Не обращайте внимание на приписку adult only и вот это вот всё. Отель супер приличный, все там хорошо🙏🏻

A very comfortable hotel after a long day of sightseeing/walking
Pros:

I would really recommend! It is rare to have a hotel in Tokyo that have bigger rooms than a hotel in Osaka of comparable price. But this hotel did exactly that!

It has many amenities, hair dryers, assorted facial products. It also have a coffee machine and microwave.

The staff, although cannot speak/understand English very well, are very helpful. They use a translator device. Problem solved.

Also, Family Mart is right below the hotel, and Yamanote Line Otsuka station is right next to the hotel. Literally 2-5 minutes walk.

Cons:

Just, the shower door is completely transparent.

Clean, nice staff, and great location.

Cons:

Some rooms smelled like smoke. Heavy smokers in other rooms and the vents carried smell. Would not recommend if sensitive to smoke.

Pros:

部屋は綺麗で普段と違う生活感があってとてもよかった

Cons:

朝食が提携してるチェーン店なのが残念だった
クチコミでも朝食が美味しいなどの意見をみてワクワクしていたのでショックが大きかった
