A good place to stay but nasty customer service and Front Desk staff
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the location easily accessible.

Cons:

Cleanliness: My room wasn't cleaned for upward of 3 days. Front Desk staff only offered apologies but told me flatly they couldn't do nothing about it because the responsible staff had closed for the day. We had to request for soap, toiletries, etc each time we need them. We slept on the same bedsheet for 4 days!
