Grande chambre et salle de bain

Cons:

Le bruit, j'ai l'impression qu'il y avait tout le temps du bruit. Que ce soit les autres résidents, les cuisines, le bruit des camions (livraison, poubelle, ...).
Le personnel ne parle qu'espagnol hormis une personne en cuisine qui parle anglais, aussi pas toujours facile de se faire comprendre.
C'est pratique, il y a un restaurant, mais c'est cher pour la qualité de la cuisine.

Personnel très sympathique et cadre pour les amateurs de nature! Chambre et lit confortables. Repas du soir et petit déjeuner sur place. Petite originalité: on commande au bar et on installe sa table! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, merci!

L'emplacement au coeur des montagnes basques. Pet friendly. Confort, propreté et taille des chambres. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place (grandes terrasses).

Cons:

Bémol avec un accueil bien moins sympathique que les 2 autres fois précédentes... La fatigue sans doute !

Beautiful setting, hotel would benefit from making a few tweaks

Lovely setting, lovely terrace area,

Cons:

Bedrooms are basic but clean, however very noisy, flooring made a lot of noise, bedroom was over the kitchen so extremely noisy.

Un lugar tranquilo, atención muy buena, serviciales, habitación con aire acondicionado, limpio, volvería pero cuando no haga tanto calor, para poder hacer caminatas y disfrutar más de la naturaleza

A very pleasant overnight stay in lovely surroundings.
Pros:

Beautiful location in the mountains. Light airy, modern and spacious room. A good welcome from the English speaking receptionist.

Cons:

After the initial welcome we felt rather abandoned, but we were aware of the popularity of the venue to the local community as it was busy. We felt we were an inconvenience when we arrived for our dinner booking . These were minor issues really .. food and service were satisfactory !
