Nice hotel . Terrible temperature control
Pros:

Staff, cleanliness and amenities good. On site staff DID deliver fan to room @ 1 am.

Cons:

Could NOT adjust or turn off thermostat in room. Was 80 degrees entire night. Came for good nights rest and got little.

Pros:

The suite layout was great, the bathroom was great, everything was clean, and the breakfast was a good variety and constantly being restocked and tidied by staff.

Cons:

Some temperature issues between the bedroom and living room heaters (all from the same wall thermostat). It was an incredibly cold/windy weekend, but the air blowing from heater to heater was noticeably different.

Great place to stay and a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, large/clean/comfortable room. Good breakfast with plenty of selection.

Cons:

Only one minor complaint. Went to take a shower around 9:30 PM and only had luke warm water. Next morning it was back to being hot.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was, by far, one of the best I have ever experienced. Facilities were clean and the staff was always helpful and courteous. Also, it is the only hotel where I have stayed with an enclosed pet exercise area.

Clean, excellent amenities, and centrally located
Pros:

Staff was fantastic - the site and room was incredibly clean which was appreciated. A short drive to everything we needed or wanted from restaurants to shops to the beach to other family-friendly fun.

Cons:

Breakfast was just shy of perfect. For example- the waffles in particular didnt taste great but the toppings helped. Also wasnt a plus for us to have dogs everywhere but not a dealbreaker
