Everything was really nice. Location was good.
Clean, nice staff and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
The room is designed for a long stay with dishes, eating and cooking utensils, fridge and freezer, large microwave, tons of drawer storage, and, almost uniquely, a comfortable sofa and hassock to watch TV without being forced to watch from bed. The room has a divider curtain to separate the sleep area from the sofa/TV area. The room and bath were immaculate. The bathroom had a shelf unit full of towels and such. Our room did not have a tub but the shower is large and stocked with various lotions and potions. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are in the lobby 24 hours as is deck staff. When we checked in at the desk we got to meet staffer, Jennifer. Any hotel would find her valuable. We did. The breakfast bar was well above average, including waffle makers, cooked oatmeal, various carbs and cereals, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juices, milk, and the aforementioned coffees, teas, and other drinks. Finally, the hotel has a "quiet hours" policy which I wish other hotels had!
The TV, controls, and channel selections were fine but the TV turns on at LOUD volume which is jarring and may disturb the neighbors. Should be fixable. I had a cup of the room's complimentary decaf pods. It was pretty tasteless. Not bad, just tasteless and I'm not fan of the heavily roasted stuff. Can't think of any else.
Located near everything. 2 miles from Lewis shopping and historic street. Fish on across Savannah rd had a great happy hour. Not far from Rehobeth
Breakfast stops at 9:30 during the week. 10:00 on the weekends. Could use a try to take coffee to the room. Fingers were burning by the time I made it to the 3rd floor.

Bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was not good
Everything
I rarely post negative reviews, but after months of trying to resolve this privately, I feel compelled to share my experience.
During my January 2026 stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Lewes Rehoboth Beach, I experienced what I believe was bed bug exposure, followed by medical concerns, disruption, and significant distress.
What troubled me most was not only the incident itself, but documentation I later received reflecting prior bed bug activity in the room before my stay, including treatment and additional treatment references.
Equally disappointing was the handling afterward. Despite months of communication and attempts to resolve the matter privately, my concerns were largely dismissed and my claim denied.
As a long-time Hilton Worldwide customer, I expected greater accountability and care.
I am sharing this so travelers can make informed decisions and ask questions about room inspection and pest-control practices. My greatest disappointment has been not simply the incident itself, but the response to it.
Everything was great except having a room next to the elevator.
The suite was very roomy, lots of storage and outlets, nice shower. We didn’t need the kitchen or separate sitting area for this visit, but will keep it in mind for future visits. Although we don’t have a dog, I appreciated the pet policy and met a great pup!
The breakfast was a bit meh.
East of Route 1 friendly, well designed room. Nice kitchen area and bath. Great parking and you never have to leave Lewes. IGA grocery close , restaurants, and hop on your bicycle. Lewes bake shop a mile away, nice walk. History, sport, beach, and great food close by.
