simple and clean.
staff pleasant and helpful

Cons:

dirty towel on the back of the door in bathroom
bath mat had dirty footprint
wifi password was never shared. I could have asked for it, but that should not be required.

Pros:

Over all a good place to stay. (The lady-Carmen, at the front desk, is confrontational and disrespectful to me). Bobbie is great. Really like that there is a microwave and small refrigerator, that way I can get my own groceries. The location is good for me also and so is the price.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

We had a late flight so we checked in after midnight & the gentleman running the office, let us stay after 11am while waiting on our ride home!! This may be our go-to hotel when flying to Cleveland International.

⅓ the size of my home and amazing
Pros:

location was seemingly decent enough, hotel was suuuuper quiet minus about ten minutes where the person in the room above mine walked back and forth constantly for the ten minutes

Cons:

perhaps insulate the floors above so noise doesn't travel down

Very disgusted and disappointed with recent stay.
Pros:

Bobbie is ok but he does not always tell the truth. He lets his wife push him around. His wife and daughter are mean and nasty and insulting. I had my toilet overflow (flapper) at 3am after being twice already. The maintenance man is worthless. Cleaning crew states there is ALWAYS problems with this toilet in my room. The nasty wife tried to say I use to much toilet paper. ( I get one roll a day and I am gone all day long.) Have to BEG to get my room cleaned. I have had a light out-out side of my room during my whole stay (almost three weeks now). Maintenance will not fix it! Cigeratte holes in my blanket and spread. Suppose to be no smoking rooms and have come back to my room and my room is smelling of skunk pott and cigarette smoke several days. Shower floor is not clean.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

There are fun casual dining options nearby. There is a place that serves pleasant pupusas, and BK offers free french fries if you order through the app. The parking lot in front of the property conceals a fun green area towards the rear.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds are comfortable. Great value for the price you pay.

Cons:

All of the doors are outdoor facing. This is nice for easy entry and exit; however, there can be a bit of extra noise based on the setup. Based on the price, it is a good value. Unless you are very sensitive, the noise is a non-issue.

Current stay
Pros:

This place is very clean. I really like that it has a small refrigerator and microwave. In the past I have dealt with Bobbie and he was great. When checking in this time I got Carmen (the wife) and she was very rude and disrespectful to me and in front of my friend. She made me feel unappreciated for my business. The last time I was there she was not nice either. It is my impression that she gets jealous if you talk to long to Bobbie.
