Pior hotel que ja fiquei. Melhor dormir na rua

Terrivel, levei mais de uma hora para fazer o checkin, reservei um quarto luxo, mas quando cheguei ja tinham colocado outra pessoa na minha reserva e então me colocaram num quarto lixo. Fiquei num quarto fedido, sujo, no subsolo. Ah, e me cobraram o mesmo valor da reserva, o de uma suite de luxo. Troquei de hotel no dia seguinte.

Já me hospedei uma vez e dessa vez foi decepcionante, reservei um quarto de casal e colocaram a gente em um de solteiro, depois ficaram a troca o chão do banheiro tava sujo , o chuveiro saia água só de um lado, quarto horrível , eu não volto mais

Não é um bom custo benefício
Pros:

Hotel para viajantes a trabalho, apenas alguns apartamentos possuem ar condicionado e os mesmos não funcionam a contento. Chuveiro pouca água difícil para tomar banho. Não recomendo.

Propaganda enganosa e atendimento deixou a desejar
Pros:

Atendimento deixa a desejar, ficamos mais de 3h sem água para tomar banho ou fazer necessidades, café da manhã sem opções e reposição de alimentos. Telefone no quarto não funcionava para ligar na recepção, além de ter tido a surpresa de que o quarto não havia ar condicionado, mas na foto aparentava ter. Decepcionante!!

Razoavel, café da manhã precisa melhorar muito, e q recepção ainda me cobrou um valor 25> maior alegando que essa cobrança seria pelo horário do check in.
Recomendo apenas se estiverem precisando com urgência
