Great location for easy SB access.
Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom. Nice to have a window that opens with a screen. TV channels. AC. Coffee in reception area. Good location for sites downtown. Free parking.

Pros:

Location was good, all day coffee, staff was great. Pretty clean hotel. I think the high price is more due to the location - being in santa barbara and 5 minutes from the beach.

Cons:

Bed is very high and a bit too soft. Woke up with a sore back. Pillows were kind of flat. Towels can be softer.

Although the room was squeaky clean when we arrived. The room cleanings on the days after were a bit too superficial.

Great place to stay at not crazy price in very walkable location of Santa Barbara.

Our balcony faced parking lot of neighboring hotel parking lot. Not a great place to sit. Interior room balconies are beautiful.
