Insgesamt haben wir uns recht wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder!
Pros:

Das Boardinghouse hat an der Jann- Berghausstraße eine zentrale Lage. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Reihe von Geschäften, Restaurants und Fahrradverleihe. Der Strand ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bei Anreise wurden wir sehr nett und kompetent empfangen und nach den allgemeinen Formalitäten zum Zimmer geführt.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser ausfallen können (Wollmäuse, Kopfkissen hatten unter dem Bezug noch einen zusätzlichen unangenehmen Hygienebezug)

Lage gut ca.400 m zum Srand Aufzug technisch hat alles funktioniert Küche Bad TV Radio separates Schlafzimmer,

sehr freudliches Personal!!

Cons:

sehr schwere Esszimmermöbel, behinderten das Kochen in der kleinen Küche
viel ztu teuer für das, was geboten wird!!

Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, hervorragend, ausgestattet, super nette Rezeption, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe....Zentraler geht es kaum

Zentrale Lage, heißt auch es ist etwas lauter auch nachts, leider sitzt man auf dem Balkon auch auf der Straße

Pros:

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Südbalkon
Sehr freundlicher Empfang und unkompliziertes Einchecken.Möglichkeit das Gepäck nach Anreise und vor Abreise abzustellen.
Fahrräder konnten im Innenhof abgestellt werden.

Cons:

Fehlender Backofen ,aber bei kurzem Aufenthalt kein Problem da auswärts gegessen wurde.
Vielleicht wäre die Bereitstellung einer Heissluftfriteuse eine gute Alternative?

Tolle Lage, sauberes Appartement
Pros:

Die Lage und das Personal sind absolut positiv zu erwähnen. Ebenso die Sauberkeit. Der große Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein und es gibt einen Stellplatz für Mieträder.

Cons:

Leider war die Spülmaschine defekt, einen monitären Ausgleich gab es nicht. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich, für andere mag das ein Pluspunkt sein, für uns leider nicht.

Toller Kurzurlaub zu zweit
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zentral zum Nordstrand und in die Stadt. Unterkunft sehr sauber und wohnlich.

Cons:

Pfannen waren so zerkratzt, dass wir sie nicht nehmen mochten. Bus und Autoverkehr direkt am Fenster auch außerhalb der erlaubten Zeiten.

Rundum zufrieden und Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Es gab zwei Fernseher in der Unterkunft(was wir als angenehm empfunden haben), einer in der Wohnstube und einer im Schlafzimmer. Die Lage war zur Strassenseite, was aber kein Problem war wegen Doppelverglasung. Es gab alles um sich selbst zu versorgen. Bad hatte auch eine angenehme Größe.

Cons:

Es gab eine Zweisitzer Couch. Die war etwas eng bemessen.
