This is a lux hotel with great amenities and wonderful staff. Monica was super helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. We were able to check in early, and walk around Naples on our last day in Italy. This is a great place to end your vacation in Italy. We also had dinner at their Michelin Star restaurant and it was superb. What a nice touch!!

Ci hanno riservato un upgrade gratuito in una junior suite con un terrazzo grande, che di questi tempi poco utile considerando che le sdraio erano pure sporche
Anche perché la stanza che avevo scelto godeva di una vista migliore
Con l’aperitivo in terrazza che caro mi costa, non ci hanno portato neanche i tovagliolini e il vino al calice non prevede l’assaggio prima a quanto pare, ma viene versato direttamente (cose che anche nelle piccole trattorie di paese fanno, in una struttura del genere dovrebbe essere alla base)
Abbiamo dimenticato una giacca in camera e anche in questo caso abbiamo avuto confronti con parte del personale della reception che non ho trovato eleganti. Mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere i costi per la spedìzione della giacca, e no non mi hanno detto che potevo organizzare la spedizione autonomamente. Solo in un secondo momento, dopo che mi hanno detto “ so che 45€ è una spesa che non tutti si possono permettere (alquanto offensivo a mio parere) mi hanno detto che potevo organizzarmi da sola. Beh l’ho fatto, ma il giorno della consegna ho ricevuto la chiamata del corriere che mi dice che l’hotel non aveva nessun pacco per me. Quindi ho dovuto richiamare e chiedere spiegazioni, e il signor carlo (colui che mi ha consigliato la spedizione autonoma ) mi chiede “ma perchè abbiamo noi la giacca?”
Un vero peccato perchè con uno staff un pò più preparato ed educato potrebbe valere i soldi che costa!
This is a good hotel but falls short of it's 5 star rating.
The rooms lack storage space with insufficient hanging or shelving/drawer facilities.
Same goes for the bathroom where the basin takes up almost all of the surface on which it stands and there are no shelves at all.
You cannot control the heating/air conditioning because it is apparently centrally controlled.
In the room we occupied you could only watch TV from the bed since it was located on a table at the foot of the bed.In any event there were just two English channels.
There is no turn down service and, although this is not really a problem,it confirms that the 5 star grading is questionable.
So despite all that the hotel has elegant interiors and extremely helpful staff.
We eat in both of it's restaurants and they were excellent.
There is a taxi rank right outside and we never had to wait.

For 500€+ a night you’d expect some of the minibar to be complementary. You’d expect a dental kit, not have to request a separate one. Breakfast was €40 per person and selection was tiny and average (fruit was good). Not worth it.
Cancelled our 2nd day of breakfast. Bedrooms were nothing special, not the cleanest, no mirrors in my room except bathroom mirror.
Service was fine, location was good, but overall not worth the rate.

Wir waren mit dem Frühstück sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einem schönen Blick auf den Golf. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein von uns gewünschter Zimmertausch war problemlos möglich. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Die U Bahnstation Piazza Amedeo ist in etwa 10Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind tagsüber ziemlich durch den Straßenverkehr beeinträchtigt. Es wird viel gehupt und die vielen Motorräder machen Lärm. Man sollte Schallschutzfenster einbauen.
