Pros:

Хочу отметить сотрудницу на ресепшен — Акнур. Пожалуйста, поощрите её. Она очень вежливая, внимательная и действительно старается помочь гостям. Благодаря ей сервис ощущается на высоком уровне.
К сожалению, в целом остальной персонал не всегда ориентирован на клиента. Но именно Акнур оставила отличное впечатление и улучшила наше пребывание.

Cons:

Еда не понравилась: невкусная и совсем нет разнообразия. Из фруктов были только яблоки, груши и апельсины — для отеля такого уровня это очень скромный выбор, честно говоря, была в шоке.
Бассейн в помещении тоже оставил неприятное впечатление: грязный и неуютный, находиться там совсем не хотелось.
Контингент гостей тоже оставил неоднозначное впечатление — многие вели себя некультурно, из-за чего атмосфера была не очень приятной.

мне все понравилось, все было идеально, сотрудница Асель очень помогала при заезде и выезде

много детей, слишком много детей, такое чувство с утра до вечера они либо в бассейне либо за очередям в баре, чтобы заказать коктейль мне пришлось ждать чтобы 1045 детей получили свой напитки, Думаю маркетологам лучше убрать акцию с детьми, я оплатила что самое и другие, но не могла воспользоваться услугами бассейн и тд.
