На счет саранчи написала, на счет мяса решайте, казахстанцы все мясоеды
Pros:

Размещение 👍, на 2 детей предоставли доп кровать, все хорошо! Обслуживание на 10, уборка номеров 10, питание 8(мало мяса и рыбы)

Cons:

Наличие большого количества саранчи в номере ежедневно, сколько с ними не боролись! Это неприятно! Саранча больших размеров! и ее слышно в ночи в номере. Плюс есть фобия у детей к насекомым. Если это сезонная ваша проблема, ее же нужно решать, с помощью спец растений и химикатов, что отпугивает их! Вы, таким образом, отпугнули даже в дальнейшем планировать отдых у вас.

Everything was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious, with a huge variety of meals, desserts, and drinks. The staff worked incredibly hard to keep everything clean at all times – in the restaurants, bars, public areas, and our room. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional, from the cleaning team to the managers. The service exceeded our expectations, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

We stayed at Rixos Aktau in mid-July 2026. The hotel is excellent, the service is top-notch, the staff is friendly, and the cuisine is great. I would especially like to mention manager Nazerke, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Pros:

Благодарим Сервиназ за помощь при регистрации и размещении. Она встретила нас доброжелательно, все спокойно объяснила и помогла быстро пройти процесс заселения. Было приятно начать отдых с такого внимательного отношения. Спасибо!

Cons:

Еда очень однообразная, для детей вообще нет нормальной еды постоянно одни и те же нагетсы, сосиски в томате соленые ужасно, а также жирная и сухая картошка.

Pretends to be 5 stars, but it's a 4 star at best
Pros:

The resort grounds are nice and well kept. The food is better than decent, and they have a good WhatsApp and Telegram channel showing what's on and the timetables for dinner. I had a limited sea view on my basic booking which was excellent.

Cons:

This hotel claims to be 5 star, but it is a 4 star at best. The service quality does not match. Compared to Egypt, where the service is caring and excellent, this place falls short. Staff are rude and obnoxious. It is not autism friendly at all. The woman at the gate does not speak English, so I passed her the first time. On the second time I had to be more condescending despite the fact I literally have the white wristband meaning I am a temp resident here. Only the reception staff speak English, which makes communication difficult.

Serving chips and onion rings in the morning is bizarre, that is dinner food, not breakfast. On top of that, Kazakh and Russian guests push each other and skip queues at the bars, and staff do nothing about it.

One evening the entertainment was on until 12 AM and it was super loud. The entertainment was literally located a 20 second walk to the first bottom rooms, so you can hear it just as loudly depending on what room you get. Luckily I had a limited sea view on my basic booking which was excellent, but unfortunate at the same time.

The beach is hardly a beach when you step out 2 meters and it is sinkable clay. The jetty at the ladders is covered with bentonite clay to make it harder and able to stand up.

My room had a cricket in an open can that the cleaner did not see because it was at the top of the shelf. That is poor housekeeping. It is understandable as they are short staffed, but without notice it is unacceptable.

The whole experience feels unprofessional and chaotic. Not worth the price.
