Номера большие, комфортные. Уборка отличная. Территория зеленая, ухоженная.

Cons:

Еда. Все четыре дня одно и тоже. Кроме рыбы (скумбрии) и курицы ничего не было, огурцы, помидоры и вариации салатов из недоеденного с прошлого дня. Зато много фритюра: нагетсы и прочий фаст фуд. Выпечка сухая и совершенно не вкусная. Все как в Турции лет 20 назад.

Я очень долго не решалась поехать во второй раз , но это случилось и я НЕ ПОЖАЛЕЛА !!!Еще до заезда со мной связались администраторы Арина и Жасмин , уточняли какой номер , кровати , время нашего приезда ( мы отдыхали с внуком 10 лет).Заездпрошел четко , нас быстро оформила на ресепшене менеджер Александра , ей огромное спасибо за отличную раюоту!!! Мы успели даже на обед , к стати , питание стало гораздо лучше , говорят поменялся шеф-повар 💐💐💐 После мы пошли в свой номер и испытали ШОК !!!! У НАС НОМЕР БЫЛ С АИДОМ НА МОРЕ !!!! К стати , мы жили на 5 этаже , номер 5128 !!! Мы посетили KIDS CLAB , огромное спасибо аниматорам и всем работникам клуба , дети .ыли в восторге !!!! Бассен и бани - это топовое место в отеле ! Все было отлично !!! Мы сходили на концерт , натанцевплись !!!! Я не буду расписывать завтраки , обеды , скажу просто - ВСЕ СУПЕРРРР👍👍👍 Да , отдельное спасибо за уборку а номере , чистота идеальная , особо хочу поблагодарить нашу горнечную Светлану 🌹🌹🌹Да , у нас был еще один сюрприз , мы выезжали не в 12 часов , а в 14 часов !!! Мы получили такую перезагрузку просто ВАУ 💐💐💐💐 В такси нас провожал Ерболат - спасибо , все было четко ! ХОЧУ ПОБЛАГОДАРИТЬ ВЕСЬ ПЕРСОНАЛ ОТЕЛЯ ЗА ОТЛИЧНУЮ РАБОТУ ВЫ ЛУЧШИЕ 💝💝💝 В АВГУСТЕ МЫ К ВАМ ВЕРНЕМСЯ 💝💝💝💝

Мы отдыхали в Rixos Water World Aktau всего один день, но впечатления остались исключительно положительные.

С самого начала нас очень тепло встретили, заселение прошло быстро и приятно. Нам даже предоставили улучшенный номер с красивым видом на море — это было особенно приятно и сразу задало настроение отдыху.

Сервис в отеле на действительно высоком уровне: персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Все услуги соответствуют уровню пятизвёздочного отеля класса премиум.

Отдельно хочется отметить питание — еда была разнообразной, вкусной и качественной, всё организовано на высшем уровне.

Также нам любезно продлили время пребывания, за что отдельное спасибо — это позволило ещё больше насладиться отдыхом.

Несмотря на короткий визит, мы отлично отдохнули и остались очень довольны. С удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель другим!
