Não gostei da taxa do estacionamento, um lugar onde não é coberto e não tem proteção alguma. Foi cobrado r$ 20 de taxa de serviço e mais 10% de não sei o que.
Ficamos no quarto 150 a água do chiveiro estava gelada, o colchão tinha um buraco no meio e do banheiro estava subindo um mau cheiro do ralo.
Referente ao café, outra hora fomos e está excepcional porém dessa vez as comidas estavam frias com um gosto rançoso dando a impressão de que estiveram ali até muito tempo antes...
Já estivemos mais de algumas vezes no hotel e ficamos chateados como decaiu a qualidade.

Ótimo custo benefício, tamanho do quarto bom e café da manhã bem variado. Boa opção para uma curta estadia.

Cons:

Áreas comuns não muito limpas e precisa pegar rodovia para chegar no hotel, o acesso para quem chega de Gramado é bem perigoso.

Cons:

Seguidamente nos hospedamos nos hotéis da rede Sky, o que me deixou insatisfeito não sei se por culpa da booking ou da Sky é o fato da cobrança de R$30,00 pelo estacionamento, nunca paguei estacionamento em nenhum dos hotéis da sky que me hospedei e não tinha essa informação ma hora da hospedagem, achei desonesto.
