Review Highlights

Pros:
Great, convenient location (near freeway/convenient for travel)
Clean, modern and spacious rooms (some with kitchens)
Friendly and helpful staff
Heated pool and generally good amenities
Several guests praised the breakfast (when well stocked)
Cons:
Breakfast inconsistent: sometimes poor, served cold, and not restocked after ~9am
Pool hours start late (opens at 10am for some) and pool towels considered small
Occasional reception/staffing issues and at least one wrong room assignment
Noisy AC reported in at least one room
Reported broken dishwasher and one report of an unclean sitting area

Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ("clean and quiet", "große und saubere Zimmer", "Everything was so clean"); one mention of a dirty sitting area is an outlier.
Service
9.4
Staff generally described as friendly and helpful (multiple notes: "Personal war sehr nett", "helpful friendly staff", good front desk service), with a few isolated reception issues.
Location
9.5
Location repeatedly noted as a strong point ("Great location", "right off freeway", "convenient location", "ottima location comoda").
Room Quality
8.9
Rooms described as modern, spacious and well-equipped (kitchen in some units); isolated negatives include a noisy AC and one incorrect room assignment.
Amenities
8.3
Pool and other amenities are appreciated (heated pool), but there are complaints about pool hours (opens at 10am), small towels, and a reported broken dishwasher.
Value for Money
7.8
Mixed impressions on value: some guests found the stay very good for the price, while others felt breakfast and food offerings did not justify the cost.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Breakfast opinions vary widely — several guests loved it (well stocked, good selection) but multiple reviews cite cold food, poor restocking (items not replenished after ~9am) and inconsistency.
Overall Experience
9.6
Most reviewers say they'd stay again and describe pleasant stays overall, despite a few recurring issues with breakfast and some amenity details.

Pros:

Cons:

Nix

Pros:

Having the pool open at 10 is a little late… If it could be opened at 8 AM or 9 AM at the latest that would have been absolutely fabulous so I could swim laps and get my exercise in

Pros:

I’d stay every weekend
Pros:

Everything was so clean and nice. The pool was heated and perfect.

Cons:

I think the only thing I could imagine changing would be bigger pool towels, other than that everything was amazing.

Great stay except can't show up to breakfast after 9am
Pros:

The cleanliness of rooms, front desk staff, room clean ingredients crew

Cons:

The breakfast was not restocked during breakfast, some items like the French toast, egg bites, hash browns, potato wedges and some bread items were not restocked after 9am even though breakfast was not over until 10am. Many hotel guest did not get any
