Pros:

Room was nice and big. A/C worked great. Clean

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. No in-room coffee pot. Walking to lobby just for coffee is not convenient.

Young man that checked us in was really nice but was extremely disappointed and grossed out by the condition of the room
Pros:

The young man at the counter was extremely nice and courteous. He came down with the vacuum after we mentioned the hairball and stuff on the floor and apologized repeatedly.

Cons:

AS SOON as we opened the door to our room we noticed a big hair ball on the floor. There was other stuff on the floor. Hair in the bed, there was markings on one of the pillow cases that looked as if someone had used it recently. It honestly looked as if the cleaning person just made the bed, fluffed the pillows, and put new towels in.

Our room was not clean. We had no towels, no shampoo, or soap. We had a room with 2 beds and one of the beds had dirty s

Cons:

We had to sign a no smoking waiver but other guests were clearly smoking. I smelled both nicotine smoke and marijuana as I walked down the hall. Does everyone not have to sign the same no smoking form?

A very pleasant staff, but it would of been nice to have my room cleaned since I was there 3 days

Customer service was awesome for 3 days.

Cons:

Well, I thought that Iif I was there for 3 days. They would clean the room up, trash out, more towels. That didn't happen. Also, to have three men out the back door smoking for three night. That is not normal for any hotel. Thank you
