방이 매우 깨끗했고 조식도 훌륭했다. 체크인할때 약간 시끄러울수 있다고 발마사지를 서비스 해주었는데 전혀 시끄럽지않았다. 한시장과 음식점들이 가까이에있어서 최적의 장소였다. 직원들도 매우 친절했다. 꼭 가고싶던 식당을 예약하는것을 도와주었다. 다음에도 다시 오고싶은곳이다.

Great hotel with a beautiful rooftop bar, gorgeous and clean room, and lovely staff.
Pros:

Location was perfect, and staff were really helpful and friendly - always willing to help you with anything. The photos didn't do the room justice - it was actually much nicer in person. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast room was a bit small, so it got too busy by about 7:30am. The variety of food was not bad, but could have been slightly better. Cleaning staff didn't seem to do much other than remake the bed when they did room cleaning service. They still left me the same damp bath mat and just folded it up on the floor.

Staff especially Ella were great. Ella did a fabulous job in welcoming us on our honeymoon. We opted for the room to be decorated and my wife loved the flowers and decorations. Thank you

Beliggenhet. Fint utsikt. Rommet er romslig. Rent. God frokost. Bar på toppen. Bra service.

Cons:

Bråker fra veien. Badet er liten. Har ikke dusj glass eller dusj forheng, det er våte overalt etter dusjing. Håndkle er gammel og slitt, ser ikke pent ut for en 4 stjerner hotellet som dette. Bade bassenget i 20 etasjen har ødelagt trappa, det er vanskelig å klatre opp. Vi har sagt fra om det, men de fikser ikke mens vi bodde der i 7 dager. Dusjen ved bassenget har ikke body bath for folk før de hoppe ned i bassenget. Dette betyr de har dårlig hygiene rutiner der.

Overall, a very strong stay and definitely a place we would return to.
Pros:

We had a great room on a high floor, just as we prefer, with a very nice view. The location is excellent — central and convenient for exploring Da Nang.
The highlight was definitely the breakfast: outstanding quality, very varied, and with a great selection of local Vietnamese options. Truly exceptional. The staff were also extremely dedicated, attentive, and always trying to help — their effort did not go unnoticed.
The overall experience was very positive — mainly thanks to the staff, breakfast, and location — and it’s clearly a place we would consider staying at again.

Cons:

There were a few important issues. We had significant problems with the air conditioning, and the quickest solution provided was a fan, which was clearly not ideal. Additionally, hot water was inconsistent and simply didn’t reach the room during certain hours of the day — when it did, it was perfectly fine, but the inconsistency was frustrating.
The rooftop pool area, while clean and in good condition, felt somewhat underutilized or lacking atmosphere. As for the rooftop bar, the drinks were not to our taste (though this is of course subjective).
To their credit, the staff made a genuine effort to resolve the issues and even offered us an airport transfer to compensate for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.
