The hotel has a beautiful view. The breakfast was quite average, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Vi at the front desk for her excellent support and detailed guidance. Everything was very well prepared. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!
The location was great! Lots of shopping and services near by including a local market. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There’s a lovely cafe right across the hotel that I highly recommend.
The washrooms need to be updated. The room itself was pretty nice but the washroom felt dirty. The bathtub is at the edge of the wall and water gets trapped behind the bathtub and it seems like it doesn’t get cleaned often.

Pillows and bed were so comfortable !!! Bathroom was nice. Staff were very friendly. Overall I would come back :)
We had to request for two key cards because they only gave us one.
They also charged us for renting the thongs in the room for 1 night, which we didn’t know was a thing.
We are currently enjoying our stay at DaNang Riverfront Hotel. The staff and service is superb. Everyone is so friendly. The room is clean and spacious with a nice view of the river and the dragon bridge. We enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast buffet and it was delicious! Ngoc is so accommodating, always checking up on us and heats the coffee like I want it ready for us. She is always warm and smiling, such a good way to start our day in DaNang!

Hotel is located close to a lot of great restaurants ,it’s right across the dragon bridge with great views.Roof top bar offers live performances ,they have delicious food and a variety of good cocktails .Overall experience was excellent.

I had a enjoyable stay at Haian Riverfront Hotel Da Nang. Everything is excellent, cleaning room, delicious breakfast, helpful staffs. And it is also located in the center, you can easily see many restaurants, coffee shops,… nearby here.
