Haian Riverfront Hotel
Pros:

Great location and we really enjoyed our stay! The room was great with a really nice view, and everything was comfortable. It can get a little noisy at times, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The service was excellent throughout our stay. We ordered food delivery quite a few times and would always ask the staff to send it up to our room, which they happily did every time. They were also very accommodating and helpful with my birthday surprise request, which I really appreciated.

Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, and they made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Pros:

The hotel is a good location to coffee shops, restaurants and Han market. The staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping need training. It takes them no longer than 7 mins to clean the room. One day we did not get any towels and when I asked I was bought 2 dishrags. They were frayed with holes. I had to take them to reception to request towels that I could use. One day the bed wasn’t made and when it is they only pull the covers up. Breakfast appears to offer a selection but only the egg station is good. I would not stay here again

Good hotel
Pros:

All the staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and the service was extremely good. The breakfast was delicious, and if I visit Da Nang again, I’d be so happy that I’d want to stay at this hotel again.

立地はよかったです
Cons:

窓のある部屋を希望していたのですが、直接外が見えるというよりは、ガラス張りの吹き抜けの向こうに外が見える構造の部屋で、窓から直に外が見えるわけではないので、閉塞感を感じた。多分各階一部屋ずつこのような構造の部屋があるように見える。
