Stic Urban Hotel & Spa

We had a great stay at the hotel. While there was a leak in our room, the staff responded immediately to check on it. Although the leak wasn’t fully resolved, we chose to remain in the same room. The rooftop Sky Bar staff were fantastic—providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and local events. Special thanks to Babs for his outstanding service and hospitality.

We stayed at Stic Urban Hotel for 3 nights and were blown away by the service and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us early check-in and even letting us use the hotel facilities after check-out. Before heading to the airport, we were offered fresh towels and shower facilities — such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference!

The breakfast was a highlight — not an overwhelming selection, but everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Soft pastries, freshly squeezed juice, and a proper English breakfast were the perfect way to start each day.

The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Ibiza Rocks, the beach, the colourful street, and loads of great bars and restaurants. It’s central but still has a relaxed vibe.

The rooftop pool is a hidden gem — calm, chilled atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a night out or soaking up the sun in peace.

Huge thanks to the amazing staff who really made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed.

Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Ibiza!

Hotel fica localizado numa região bem perigosa onde sofri uma tentativa de assalto ao meu relógio na porta do hotel . A recepção no dia da tentativa ao invés de ficar do meu lado , quis discutir comigo se tinha sido dentro ou fora do hotel a tentativa de roubo ! Enfim , Ibiza já não é mais a mesma , sofri duas tentativas de assalto a relógio . Com rlacao ao hotel , quarto novo e tamanho bom , porém travesseiros e toalhas ruins , e não tem pia no banheiro .. e serviço de quarto cobram 6 euros para levar uma água até o quarto , um absurdo .. enfim , não voltaria jamais

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Liegt zentral und man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen.

déçu du petit déjeuner, malgré celui-ci payer pour tout le séjour n’avons pas remis les pieds..
Insecte (cafard XL) en pleine nuit, le réceptionniste vient dans la chambre ne le trouve pas, nous informe que nous serons deplacés le lendemain (finalement pas d’autre chambre disponible) avons donc cohabiter 😅

Matelas pas confortable car 2 lit simples collés qui crées un creux en plein milieu.

« piscine » sur le toit 60cm de profondeur…

Personnel très agréable mais malheureusement notre experience n’est pas satisfaisante.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen, konnten sogar viel früher das Zimmer in Anspruch nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber ebenso die Außenanlage. Frühstück war lecker und frisch in einem sehr modernen Ambiente. Lediglich der Spa-Bereich könnte etwas Zuwendung gebrauchen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel was in a great location, staff were great!
The pool is only 40 cm deep so it was perfect for us to cool off but not great if you’re looking for something deeper.
The room was lovely, the only thing is that the air con did not reach below 24°C. We were in the middle of a heatwave so that have affected it

L’équipe de l’accueil est très agréable, l’hôtel est plus que correct. La propreté est impeccable. Un petit déjeuner avec un excellent rapport qualité prix et un côté eco responsable : assez de produits de bonnes qualité et pas de débordement. L’isolation des portes est à améliorer, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service, the food, location, cleanliness all excellent. Our host Jose was great and always attentive to our needs. Will come back for sure….Thanks

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, wenn auch die direkte Nachbarschaft mäßig schön ist und gleich gegenüber ist ein durchaus lauter Spielplatz. Dennoch liegt es wunderbar zentral und man ist schnell am Wasser und der Promenade. Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool war aufgrund des Wetters leider geschlossen. Rundum kann ich das Hotel empfehlen, einziges Manko ist das Bett. Für eine Nacht ok, bei mehreren gibt es sicherlich Rückenschmerzen, da die Matratze extrem weich war. Man sinkt sicherlich 10-20 cm ein. Gemütlich irgendwie, aber zum schlafen, na ja.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten in dem Ort sind furchtbar, daher lohnt sich wahrscheinlich einen Parkplatz vom Hotel zu mieten. Das war mir aber zu teuer, daher habe ich lieber den ca. 400 m entfernten Großparkplatz genommen

Location is good but just the fact we where vip and they couldn't honor it . Plus twice around 5am someone was bagging in our door

Das Hotel ist toll, super schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind hervorragend, man fühlt sich so willkommen. Einzig die Lautstärke der Zimmertüren hat uns aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt, ist natürlich bis spät abends/nachts draußen viel los, das bekommt man eben mit und sollte einem bewusst sein, falls man einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub sucht. Wir waren alles in allem aber sehr zufrieden :-)

Klantgerichtheid uitstekend, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ik had in de kamer geen koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Toen ik dat zei kreeg ik deze op de kamer..

Bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Inconvénient : pas de parking dans l'hôtel et le stationnement est payant autour
