Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親切だったのですが、必要なことを必要なものだけしっかりと対応していただけました。初めての土地でもあり、観光よりもﾌｪｽ目的での利用でした。交通機関は微妙でしたが、朝食の味付け、特にお味噌汁の味噌の風味に感動しました。来年のﾌｪｽでまた利用してみようかなと考えております。

部屋のｱﾒﾆﾃｲ機能は事前に確認してください。
Pros:

特段の不満はありませんが、一つだけあります。トイレ洗浄水機能が故障しており身体を洗浄できませんでした。事前に作動確認をしていただければと残念に思います。

スーパーホテル系列に泊ったのは初めてでしたが、良かったです。温泉は若干塩素臭がしますが、循環なのでやむなし。朝食が工事中のため弁当になってしまい、少し残念。ベット横のUSB端子がゆるかったのは気になりました。全般的には、利用者が使いやすい客室になっており、細かい気配り設備もあり、満足しました。

ホテルのサービス、清潔さは文句のつけよう無し。但し本館地下駐車場は難あり。チェックアウトし駐車場から退場する際、スロープの勾配がきつく前面道路の安全確認が難しく今回も衝突事故一歩手前でした。ホテル運営会社は駐車場前の電柱などにカーブミラーを取り付けられる事を強くお勧め致します。

朝食が少し品数が少なめだなと感じました。
温泉はとてもきれいで快適でした。
部屋も各部屋ごとのエアコンがあり快適でした。
またこの辺りに用事があった時には利用したいと思います。
