Just lovely
Would have preferred a different view
Very nice restaurant and very comfortable bed.
Clean, friendly, lovely atmosphere
Bed wasn’t comfortable at all - sprung mattress was quite creaky, room located on the 1st floor corner by the car park and we were woken up around 1am by someone revving their car and playing music.
Breakfast was decent with reasonable selection. Hot breakfast best when cooked to order, rather than buffet.
Evening meals were excellent - exceeded our expectations- we would recommend the chef’s hand made steak & mushroom pie and the madras’s curry especially.
The outdoor hot tub wasn’t working well - only 3 out of eight jets functioning properly and the temperature wasn’t quite hot enough.
The outside barrel sauna was also not up to a decent sauna temperature (The inside spa facilities were all great)

Good location, very good food. Breakfast was OK.
Room hygiene was poor. The windows in all of the rooms cannot open due to a design choice. The AC is not working correctly so as a consequence there is mold in most of the rooms. We switched rooms after 1 night. The second room was a little better, but still had mold. The first room was very hot and due to no window openings we could not cool it down. Second room was better. Beds were not really comfortable (you can feel the springs). Staff is OK, but no great experience overall.
Beautiful, resteraunt and staff were incredible
The staff went above and anyone’s to make us feel comfortable, especially Cara on reception! It was clean, modern and well located!
The bar took a while to serve drinks
Bedroom was spacious, clean and looked new, with a super comfy bed and pillows and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet at night, only the odd guest passing talking loudly. The restaurant food was excellent. The spa was great, not too many people. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly especially the woman working on Saturday, I wish I could remember her name - she was lovely. Gorgeous view and free car parking also a bonus.
Nothing really, would highly recommend
I had my wedding reception there and booked several rooms for my family to stay. It was just perfect and James and Millie (Ixora's event coordinators) knock it out of the part! Rooms are clean and moderns, lots of space. Customer service is top-tier, and food at our wedding dinner was delicious. 10/10.
