We loved the serene atmosphere, the interior of the hotel itself is so beautiful, the breakfast and dinner were fantastic.
Staff were so kind, Cara especially, she was friendly, so lovely, kind, courteous, explained everything to us, shared ideas about activities with us. She’s a super staff.
Millie handled our dinner and was lovely as well, explained the different dishes to us, took our preferences, we enjoyed the meal
Overall it was a fantastic experience, well worth the money

The open plan bathroom in the hotel room can be awkward when sharing with friends!
The staff were exceptional, very helpful and attentive from the second I walked through the door. The spa was great for what I needed after a solo trip to the summit of Yr Wyffda on my mountain bike. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and absolute tranquility nestled in the valley. The restaurant was quality and served up a healthy feed over my 2 night stay.
There wasn't anything to dislike about the experience. Will definitely return.

The staff in all departments are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. They went out of their way to make my solo birthday trip a pleasure. What a team. This is modern stylish hotel with a laid back, welcoming vibe. The rooms are spotless with great views, ambient lighting options and large tvs. There is a small shop on site for snacks and toiletries and the spa has very good facilities in a stunning location. Would definitely recommend.

The cleanliness was even better than 5 star hotels I've stayed in and the premises were very well maintained. Absolutely nothing looked worn out or broken.
The staff were extremely pleasant and made guests feel very welcome.
The food was exceptional in the restaurant and even though they were at full guest capacity, our food was served within 15 minutes of ordering.
This hotel really delivered more than I expected. I believe it should be rated as a 5 star hotel rather than 4.

The location was fantastic for the places we wanted to visit
Our shower didn’t work correctly, when used it flooded our hotel room, when then wet the rug in the bathroom leading to it smelling fusty, we reported this to the hotel our first morning they said it would be fixed, it wasn’t the cleaners just cleaned up the wet, on the second morning we wanted to enjoy the shower without worrying about flooding the place, so we looked to try and fix it ourselves we pulled out the filter and it was completely clogged with hair and mold.. something which would have been quick and easy for the hotel staff to fix.
The breakfast on the first day was nice, but the second day was cold and seemed to have been reheated from the day before.
My wife and I booked treatment with a hot stone massage which was fantastic. Ok selection of breakfast. Spa facilities excellent
Didnt make a huge difference to the stay but our room was not ready when we arrived at 3.20, although checking in time was supposed to be from 3pm onwards. We had to wait approx 15 mins to go to our room
