The location and the staff
The extra vibes - sofa bed was uncomfortable. The springs could be felt. At the least a mattress topper should be used. Also didn’t like the split bathroom.
The tables in the restaurant need to be more stable and staff shouldn’t have to fix them every evening. I splilt coke because I didn’t notice that the table was unstable. The waiter whose name I forget was really helpful but shouldn’t need to have to do this all the time.
Nice spa facilities, comfortable room
Staff didn’t seem that friendly during check in. We stood there for almost 5 minutes without any acknowledgment.
Everything was perfect. Breakfast was soo amazing especially the waffle maker. And the staff is so great.

Hotel is out of the way and we liked that.
Before going to Ixora, we just returned from Milan. Ixora has got a lot of work to do to get to the 4 stars standards we have seen around the world.

The window are not sound proof. We were kept awake until the noise heavy music came down.
Very clean, staff polite and friendly
The flat screen tv had no internet or app connection as the screen mirroring was blocked and no HDMI cable provided.
Lovely quiet relaxing stay
The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful.
I didn't like having to pay extra to use the spa facilities. You apply filters on booking.com only to then discover after you've booked that to actually use the facilities at the hotel costs another £60 in total. I appreciate treatments will always cost more.
We go to this hotel every year it’s perfect for snowdon, very lovely rooms and spa facilities.
The food in the restaurant seems to have gone down hill , the pizza wasn’t great and the chicken /
Pasta tasted like a watery microwave meal we also waited over an hour for one pizza and a pasta.

Spa was lovely, it was busy but not too crowded. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The food at the restaurant was fabulous. I loved the layout and decor of the hotel, and our room was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was great. It is a shame the adventure facilities nearby were in some cases in disrepair. Would have made a better family location if these facilities were in better condition.
