The rooms had fridges and proper kettles. The bar staff were amazing
The kitchen was very badly managed, the first night we waited nearly an hour before our order was taken and then it was forgotten about. Breakfast was adequate, could do with being a little fresher, the second morning was full of fire alarms and having to pay for a spa when you're already booking a spa hotel was a bit much
Staff were very friendly and nice and breakfast was good.
Access to the spa facilities was not included in the price. The hotel price is expensive and therefore you would assume access was included. There were a few guests during our stay that had the same issue. Our air conditioning did not work on the first night. It was extremely hot. We called to reception around 3am, who advised they would sort it. After an hour I called back and no one answered. So our first night was not a good night.
The location was good, rooms were spacious and staff was courteous
Everything was good
it was overall clean and lovely. the dinner food was so delicious however the staff seemed to be new and did not know what to do. an elderly lady and 2 young ones, took the order late, left multiple people waiting. one table next to us handed us the drinks menu as the waiter forgot.. just not a nice experience at all. luckily the food was super delicious
I had a massage booked which was relaxing, and the spa overall was good.
it was too noisy, we had a room on the 1st floor, and they had some deliveries in the morning. we had a 7 week old with us and naturally had to wake up during the night a few times, we;d have appreciated to be given a different room where we could have caught up with sleep in peace. in terms of cleaning, it needs to be improved, you guys can do better. the floor wasn't mopped and I found hairs in the bathroom?! again, not a very nice experience. mouldy bits in the shower.. the breakfast wasn't anything special. okay for £12/pp

Dostaliśmy jeden klucz do pokoju ( było nas troje ), brak normalnej łazienki umywalka w pokoju , i jedna kabina z prysznicem , druga z toaletą, krótkie dodatkowe łóżko, słabe śniadanie, mały wybór pieczywa, świeżość też taka sobie, to co powinno być ciepłe bywało zimne..

We were only there for 1 night while visiting family, so didn't really get the opportunity to explore the area, but I know from experience that it is brilliantly located.

The room was modern and comfortable!
The shower was not really clean, some hairs/built up dirt. The pet fee was insane (50 pound), but they did put a dog bed in the room.
Stayed in room 206. This hotel is in a brilliant location for travelling around North Wales and Eryri. Nice modern rooms, decent size TV. The breakfast and evening meal was good.
The water pressure of the shower was very poor. Basically a trickle out of the showerhead.
No free spa access. Other hotels usually add in an hour of access to certain spa facilities.
The evening meal has an added service charge, which is a dodgy way of getting more money without increasing prices directly. Customers shouldn't have to ask for this to be removed. It left a bitter opinion on the restaurant so we refused to eat there a second time as there are plenty of other options locally.
