Great 4-star hotel! Everything from the cozy beds to the relaxing atmosphere was perfect. The service was top-notch, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back!
One important tip for future guests: even if you are staying at the hotel, you must book your 'Spa Hour' in advance. You cannot use the spa facilities without a prior reservation, so make sure to call ahead to avoid disappointment!
Modern clean hotel. Friendly staff and excellent food. Nice room but disappointing view of roof.
We were not told our room was on the pet friendly floor at check in. Annoying to hear dogs yapping when enjoying dinner.

I enjoyed the spa so much. All of the staff were friendly. And the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was amazing and food was delicious.
The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. You definitely need a car to get around.

The hotel staff was fantastic really helpful and super friendly, hotel and rooms really clean.
On the first day, we had an issue with the shower as the drain was blocked; this was only fixed the following day. Additionally, the shower in our room had a glass wall, which was not ideal as I was sharing a twin room with my teenage son, so it did not feel very family-friendly.
The property does not provide slippers or bathrobes, despite being a 4-star hotel. There were also no toothbrush caps provided, and only one complimentary bottle of water was given. We had to request additional hangers, as there were only four in the room.
The breakfast was very basic for 4 star hotel, with limited options beyond a traditional English breakfast. The coffee machine was not working on all three mornings of our stay. There were only a few pastries available, and the bread selection was limited to white toast. There was also a very small selection of cold cuts and cheese, and no fresh fruit, vegetables, or salad.
The wellness area, spa, and sauna are described as part of the hotel; however, in reality, they are operated by a separate company. Guests must make a separate booking, and my 16-year-old son was not allowed to use these facilities. Additionally, the spa closes quite early, at 16:00.
The gym is really small - one room. In the event of bad weather, there is very little to do apart from staying in your room or sitting by the bar.
We checked out one day earlier, due to all stated above.
