Rooms where nice and clean spa is great everyone is super freindly nice stay x
Top floor is super windy and there's a draft and it's super loud.
Beautiful location, fantastic staff and a good restaurant.
Air con throughout which made our stay as it was during the heatwave. Lovely outside facilities and a good spa with outdoor pool. Plenty of parking and electric plug in too. This was our second visit and we will be back.
Great location / great staff / great food / luxury level service / great treatments - one of the best in the UK for sure
Nothing
Excellent location and facilities for a relaxing break away to just chill. Made the most of the on site spa facilities every day. Air conditioning was a welcome relief from the particularly hot weather during our stay. Just a short trip to visit the Great Orme at Llandudno, mooch about in Conwy and pop down to the Swallow and Fairy Falls respectively. Two very good restaurants just a few miles away at Tal-y-cafn
Additional costs for spa facilities soon racked up when making the most of it every day. Need to allow extra £25 per head for a couple of hours.
Really friendly and helpful staff.
Very good restaurant.
Beds were much too firm for our taste but were advised at checking out that if we ask in advance next time an extra quilt could be provided to act as a mattress topper.
Absolutely everything about this place, from the minute we walked in we were made to feel special, the atmosphere of this place is very relaxed, the interior design is absolutely stunning, the spa facilities were just perfect, food was great, we would highly recommend a stay here.
That we only stayed for 1 night.
That the wave centre has sadly had to close fiwn.
Gorgeous family friendly hotel! Really friendly staff. Excellent location.
Nothing - will be coming back.
Location in Conwy was very accessible to different parts of North Wales if going by car - - we had no problem driving to Llandudno or Snowdonia at all.
Facilities including the toilets / shower rooms were clean. I liked the way the room was set up in that the toilet was separate from the showers as it allowed two people to use the facilities without competition.
Room service and cleaning provided daily and discreetly. Our rooms were always clean.
Dinner has good portions and was excellent. Kudos to the chef.
Overall, had a lovely stay in the hotel.
1. water pressure was weak in the shower room (both on the overhead and the shower head) - - might benefit from maintenance.
2. tissue paper (toilet) were very thin and low quality
3. air conditioning was not cool enough (especially in this weather) - - might benefit from maintenance.
4. while water bottles were provided on the first day, were not replenished when it ran out.
5. towels were not replenished even during room service but just hung to dry.
6. shower rooms can get slippery - - I would suggest providing non-slip mats in the future to prevent mishaps.
Absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Check‑in was smooth, and the friendly lady at the front desk gave us great information about the area and recommended spots to visit. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were also glad we booked dinner at the restaurant — it gets very busy in the evenings, and now we know why. The whole experience was faultless. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
The rooms were exceptionally clean and beds comfortable. Tea and coffee making were available, soap and hand cream were nice / toilets and shower very clean. Reception staff were particularly helpful.
Was a little disappointed re location as it was situated next to I think a water treatment plant put on the whole it was okay
our room looked partially on to a wooded area but also a car park. Had dinner there on the evening after some discussion with the gentleman in the restaurant, I asked if I could, swap seabass for salmon said that wouldn’t be a problem. But when it came, it was the seabass not the salmon advise the waitress who said the seabass was very nice and seemed reluctant to change itso I’ve knocked points off for that and for its location but if you don’t mind either of these things I put it up to 9.
