Pros:

Nice room, with good space

Cons:

No iron, no steam iron, you will have to do check in yourself, I took more than 15 pictures through the device at the counter, then password for entrance and another one for the room is the last thing I need to think about after arriving to this hotel/apartment, there's no view outside

Enjoyable stay in a quiet and convenient location
Pros:

Room was exactly as described.
Great location, close to Kuramae Station on the Asakusa Line and only one stop from Asakusa.
Quiet residential neighbourhood, which made for a peaceful stay.
Having two toilets was a huge bonus!
Appreciated the extra amenities available on the ground floor before the lift, such as toothbrushes, coffee, and other supplies.
The hair products provided were excellent.

Cons:

The photo verification during check-in was slightly confusing at first.
Adding hooks in the bathroom and shower would be helpful for hanging towels and clothing.
A towel rail near the basin would also be useful
