リピートしたい定番ホテルとして利用したい感じです。
Pros:

友人と泊まりました。別館でした。部屋が22平米だけどかなり広く感じたし、トイレはお風呂と洗面所に入り口通路挟んだ所にあって、お風呂も湯船と洗い場がありました。洗面所も別すごく使い勝手も良く、住める！と思うくらいでした。コンセントも沢山あり、スマホ用のケーブルも直接刺せるし、新しいスタイルの素敵なホテルでした。そして、大好きなG-DRAGONのペパーミントグリーンでした笑。ですけど、子供っぽさは無くオシャレでした。
そして、ReFaのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーでした。

Cons:

駅は福島駅から徒歩７〜８分、タクシーをつい使ってしまいたくなる距離感ですが、それを超える良さがありました。
洗面所の水が細かったですけど、まあ問題なほどではなかったです。

時期的にお安い時期だったのかもしれませんが、本当にこの料金でいいのかしらと思うくらいでした。

Pros:

お風呂と洗面所、トイレが別になっていたので、とても使いやすかった。
お風呂は、洗い場とバスタブがあったので、気持ちよく使えた。

Cons:

特になかったが、強いて言えば、ソファー（らしきもの）が、小さくて、ゆったりとはできなかった。
テーブルも、とてもコンパクトで、もう少し大きかったら使いやすいなと思った

全てが最高の滞在
Pros:

2回目の滞在でしたが、前回より部屋をグレードアップしてもらえ、とてもよかったです。湯船がありとてもくつろげました。無料の朝ごはんも十分でしたし、リファのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーがよかったです。
1階にセブンイレブンがあることも便利です。
大阪に来た時はまた泊まりたいです！

Pros:

Clean place

Cons:

I reservation two rooms at the same time. But one had free breakfast and the other one hadn’t. Because our rooms were separated to two different buildings. That is ridiculous

Pros:

Very good location, especially for a short trip. It is close to both the station and the city attractions, with restaurants and everything you need nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds and facilities were great.

Cons:

Be careful when selecting a smoking or non-smoking room. I made the mistake of thinking there would not be much difference between them, so I misunderstood the choice when I was asked to select.
Smoking rooms really do allow smoking inside the room, not just on a balcony or in a designated area, so there can be a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Pros:

Location was a bit further of a walk from Umeda station than I expected (about 20 minutes), but overall good stay for a single person looking for a quick, comfy stay. Checking in and out was super easy, and they will hold your luggage but they won't let you check in early.
