I’ll check next time if there’s any large parties staying at the same time
Pros:

Staff and cleanliness

Cons:

Large noisy parties on our floor . Hours of slamming doors and running up and down halls. Notified staff and it seemed like it was out of their control

Just okay.
Pros:

The pool, the room size.

Cons:

I asked for a quiet room away from the ice machine and was given the room straight across from the elevator and ice machine, they did switch it to two down after asking. It was extremely full for the weekend. There was an extremely loud and raunchy bachelor group who were getting drunk on the patio. There must not be insulation because you can hear everything. The beds and pillows were nice but the people above us were walking and running so loud it was shaking the walls. We all slept terribly. The bathroom was really dirty too. There wasn't enough space to sit to eat breakfast. I have stayed at this brand of hotel many times and typically it has been better. Staff was nice though.

Three families stayed en route to our vacation spot.
Pros:

Lovely and comfortable hotel with better breakfast then many. The pool was a hit for the kids.

It worked for us. Just needed a place to stay the night so I didn’t have to drive home after the Derby Dinner Theater.
Pros:

Location to many stores and restaurants. Clean.

Cons:

The floors/walls thin. The entire night it sounded like someone stomping across the floor above us. So needless to say sleep was not that great.

Pros:

Breakfast manager super nice!

Cons:

Our bed was broken and it was to be repaired while we were gone to volleyball all day. Returned 13 hours later ready for bed and it wasn’t fixed so we had to wait in the hallway while they fixed it

It was a great comfortable stay and we plan to come back soon.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Beds were very comfortable. Great shower. Very friendly front desk staff member.

Cons:

Having to walk clear around the building to park and carry luggage into the building at night wasn’t the most fun. It would have been nice to have another entrance accessible with our key card closer to our vehicle.

I called in advance to ask about pool we were bringing grandbabies for spring break getaway they saud pool was good we drive pool was looked tgey opened it it was ice cold and smelled like a pond no smell of chlorine and no tiles to dry off on we could not enjoy it so we stayed in tge room for the 2 day stay we always stay at holiday inns thus was a ket down we rented 2 rooms
