It was an enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly

The rooms were great and so was the staff. The only downside was that they were doing a construction project in the middle area, building a roof and we weren’t warned about that. There is also an adorable puppy that lives there that is super friendly and fun for the kids to play with.

The property did not have oen parking and did not have central air conditioner.

CUIDADO CON ESTE HOTEL. Esta es la peor experiencia que he tenido con algún hotel. Soy viajera frecuente y este ha sido el peor servicio. Hice una reservación a través de Expedia y a los 10 minutos me llamaron del hotel para decirme que no tenían habitaciones y que si quería hospedarme ahí debía pagar una cantidad adicional por una habitación totalmente distinta a la reservada, ya que no tenían más, a lo cual no accedí ya que ellos no estaban cumpliendo al no poder garantizar una habitación y además no estaban respetando la tarifa reservada. Siendo que ellos no cumplieron con la reservación y al no tener habitaciones no me pude hospedar ahí, aun así el hotel hizo cargos a mi tarjeta de crédito por el monto del hospedaje aun y cuando no me dieron el servicio y ellos mismos incumplieron con la reserva. El hotel hizo los cargos, no expedia ya que la reserva indicaba que se debía pagar directamente en el hotel y los cargos en el estado de cuenta indicaban el nombre del hotel, no de Expedia. Cuidado con este hotel, te engancha con una cantidad y después te cambia todo cobrando más... esto es una acción fraudulenta.

Terrible. Caro para lo que ofrecen. Un cuarto pequeñísimo donde apenas cabe una cama queeen y un sillón, mobiliario corriente, el colchón forrado de plástico y por lo mismo hace mucho ruido cada vez que te mueves, el baño chiquitito, el lavabo, roto, llegando encontré el tapete de baño, sucio y lleno de pelos, un tapete de alfombra en lugar de ser de algodón. No regreso nunca jamás. Carísimo

Nos encanto la Posada.
Es muy limpia, cómoda y se encuentra bien ubicada. Nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad.
Volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

El servicio del personal es muy bueno, las habitaciones son cómodas y cuánta con todo lo necesario, no cuenta con minisplit, pero por el clima de la ciudad no es necesario

Stayed here multiple times and always quiet, excellent location, great staff and restaurants close by.

I had perhaps the best room, a kitchenette at the front with a balcony in to the street, the last room available. Spacious, well equipped, good wifi, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Unfortunately street facing meant it was noisy until about 10pm when the traffic all but disappeared.

We had a great stay at OYO Hotel. We were here for a week during december 2020 and the prices were very affordable at about $20 USD per night. Unfortunately, we booked a room with a balcony but was told that room was unavailable at check-in. The room we got was larger than expected and comfortable but we did really want that balcony that we booked.

One good thing about checkin was that we arrived around noon, and even though checkin isn't until 3pm, our room was ready just 10 minutes after arriving.

The staff was friendly all week long. We enjoyed the walkable location. We liked that there was daily housekeeping who gave us fresh towels and 2 bottles of water every day, in addition to doing a great job cleaning the room. If the 2 bottles of water ever wasn't enough, they have free drinking water in the lobby which is just a short walk away, regardless of what room you're in.

We had our dog with us and OYO doesn't charge a pet fee which is a huge plus. Pet fees can often make an otherwise affordable hotel quite pricy, but not here.

At low-priced hotels, sometimes the pillows are awful. Here, the pillows on the bed were excellent. The mattress itself was comfortable enough but it wasn't really high quality like one will have at a 5-star hotel.

One thing I would like to see improved is the wifi. Sometimes we had a strong signal in our room but sometimes we had to rely on our cellular network to get online.

All in all, for the price, it was a great stay and we'd come back

Excelente servicio de parte del staff del hotel. Limpio, agradable, y a un excelente precio! Incomparable y definitivamente una de las mejores opciones en Orizaba.

We had a blast at that room. Cozy comfortable bed. They are super friendly . Orizaba is a must see. It's safe and beautiful ! This place comfort ratio with price is superb !
