Great place but the parking pricing is awful.
Pros:

It was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was very expensive, and the parking situation is pretty awful. You’re pretty much forced into valet parking where they constantly request tips after paying $32 per day, plus service charge, plus sales tax. The place was great but the parking situation is enough for me to not stay there again.

Amazing Hotel, Staff, and Stay
Pros:

So clean, sleek, chic, and modern. Bartender made perfect drinks!

Cons:

No pool onsite, BUT you have access to the pool next door at the residence inn

Great!
Pros:

The property was well kept and clean. The customer service made the stay better. Exceptional customer service from the staff all weekend!

Cons:

Parking prices and valet is the only complaint. I hope Hilton can include a parking into the booking fee in the future. The extra fees felt unnecessary since the parking garage is 2 feet away from the hotel.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Convenient location. Comfortable lobby with a lovely outdoor seating area. Well-designed spacious rooms with lots of storage. Zeff was very helpful in the breakfast/restaurant area. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and the workout area was well-equipped.

Pros:

Very nice hotel with attentive staff. Had breakfast in the Restaraunt and Zeff was awesome! Breakfast was huge and very worth it!

Great breakfast and friendly service with Zeff
Pros:

I’m going to miss waking up here and having breakfast ready for me, Zeff at the Union Bar and Bites was always so friendly and kind in helping us make our breakfast selections, with a gentle morning spirit! Breakfast is delicious and always hot and fresh.

Pros:

Great experience. Had the opportunity to book the balcony room, and it did not disappoint! Leah took very good care of us from start to finish. Will definitely book again.

Nice stay!
Pros:

I had a nice stay at Hilton Canopy Frisco Station!
The hotel is clean and new and in a walkable location to shops and restaurants.
The front desk staff, and Zeff at the breakfast bar were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.
The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious with extra touches, such as a steam iron.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Excellent overnight stay!
Pros:

I thought the hotel decor was very nice in the general areas as well as the room itself! Very nice and comfortable and quiet. Room was exceptionally clean and bed comfortable. I was also happy to see the wall outlets had usb charging ports and that they were functional. I wasn’t feeling 100% well so I asked JD for some ginger ale and he went out of his way to get me a couple of cans. He provided top notch service. I would have liked to have seen a larger area of snacks, drinks and necessities available for purchase but what was available was presented very well. Overall a great night stay for my job interview trip!

Zeff’s the Best
Pros:

Zeff was very friendly and great customer service!!! He heated up my coffee for me after i let my coffee get cold. :) Good coffee in the lobby.
