Location , facilities, cleanliness, friendly! Foods.

Cons:

Booked a room for partially ocean view and couldn’t even see anything and the roof was the only thing I could see and it blocked all the beautiful relaxing beaches view or a sun. I requested for higher level and got a 10th floor . As a gold member for 3 years .. stayed at that location for more than 15 times in 2 years, booked 3 weeks ahead. I was disappointed.. but I feel like my 2nd house always… so I will be back again soon.

Location, room, staff were all great. You're in VA Beach, but you're not in the middle of all of the busy areas.

Cons:

The breakfast options were great, but the food was just standard. It would have been nicer if the food was great, too.
