Being nextdoor to our venue a plus. Overall experience a little disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was very good but only available until 9:30 am

Cons:

Short staffed. Nobody to check our room on second day. Had to go get our own extra towels. Key cards weren't transferred to second day. Very few chairs and/or lounges available at pool.

The reason you shouldn't use 3rd parties
Cons:

Didn't like that booking.com overbooked me had to find another hotel at 2am. Didn't make it passed the lobby it looked nice and clean and the staff on duty was excellent.

Underwhelming.
Pros:

Price was okay.

Cons:

The front desk woman wasn't personable. Made it seem like I was interrupting/inconvenicing her when I checked in. The door to our hotel room was askew, in that there was no gap at the top but there was gap at the bottom. I could see the hallway light from inside my room. Overall the hotel seemed like it was cheaply built and thrown together in a hurry. We could hear people in the hallway and running upstairs. Also could hear people drinking and carrying on the deck directly below our window. Didn't get to experience the free breakfast on account of the 100 cheerleader/dance kids and their families taking over the cafeteria. Overall I wouldn't stay again. The building looks nice and new from the pictures but the stay itself was underwhelming.

Pros:

Very clean and staff was welcoming

Cons:

Our room even with the A/C on, reached 83 degrees in the middle of the night. Cold air would blow for a few minutes and then it would return to hot air. The front desk didn’t have a good explanation or suggestion to fix it other than she would put in a work order. Needless to say we didn’t sleep much that night due to the hot room.
