Cons:

Na reserva constava estacionamento incluído, ao chegar para checkin fui informado que não tinham mais vagas do hotel e teria que ser pago o estacionamento, a atendente foi rude, despreparada e desrespeitosa, chegando a praticamente mandar calar a boca alegando que foi interrompida, coisa que não foi e sim ao contrário, isso comprovado pela minha família, e no final arrumou garagem praticamente falando que era um favor, mesmo eu mostrando que estava incluído na reserva, o café da manhã deixou a desejar, o horário era até as 10 hs mas as 9 já faltavam muitos itens inclusive o próprio café, as acomodações eram impecáveis em limpeza e conservação mas colchões ruins.

Gostei bastante! Mas deveriam anotar os pedidos dos hóspedes com mais atenção.

Cons:

Pedi 2x no mesmo dia para limparem o meu quarto, e infelizmente não foram limpar, inclusive nas duas vezes eu saí do quarto, só para que isso fosse feito e nada (eu trabalho home office)
