Pros:

Нормальное жилье за свои деньги. Если хотите с завтраком и прям отель - берите в этом районе Grand Pasha или Sun. Зато здесь рядом один из лучших ресторанов - Califorian. Там можно и завтракать и ужинать, правда не так бюджетно😊 Через дорогу направо есть обменник (банки валюту не меняют)

Cons:

Нет мебели на балконе. Бумажные стаканчики все-таки перебор...

Great city hotel close to everything
Pros:

The area is perfect for shopping, clubbing, restaurants and a city break. The staff is friendly and kind. I always stay here when I'm in Lefkosia. The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet.

Konumu merkeziydi.

Cons:

Klima aşırı gürültülü çalışıyordu.
Sıcak su, ılık ve çok düşük debi ile akıyordu.
Yatak çok eskiydi, yayları artık yuzeye çıkmış, batıyordu.
Yol ve dışarı sesi olduğu gibi geliyordu.
Ayrıca oda kapısının dışındaki (koridor) sesleri de olduğu gibi geliyordu.
Balkon kapısının kolu düzgün çalışmıyordu.
Saç kurutma makinası aşırı eskiydi, değişimi gerekiyordu.

Özetle baştan aşağı bakım gerektiren bir odaydı. Fiyatı aldığımız hizmete göre aşırı fazla idi. Fiyat fayda dengesi düşününce mevcut koşullarda kesinlikle kalınmaması gerekir. Puanın yüksekliğini görüp rezervasyon yaptırmıştım, sizler de aynı hatayı yapmayın.
