Perfect place to stay to see an ASU game.
Pros:

The rooms are nice and the location is perfect because it’s right next to the football stadium. The rooftop bar was also great.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, nice variety of items. Rooftop area was relaxing. Pool smaller than expected. Location was central to why we were visiting. Parking structure was close. Didn't know that I would have to pay an extra $16 per day for parking.

Cons:

Everything went well. The only negative was finding out parking was going to be an extra $16 per day. Booking.com didn't tell me about that extra charge.

Great stay, awesome breakfast. Wish I stayed longer and will definitely go back!
Pros:

It was very nice and the parking lot next to it was very nice also.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the AC wasn’t as cold.
I understand if it was colder it would probably freeze the unit.
But for Az heat, it was hard to be cool.
Had a hard time sleeping it wasn’t that cold in the room.

When I first got to the hotel the lady at front desk was nice but didn’t mention using the hotel key to use at the parking garage. So I ended up paying twice for the parking.
Would have been nice to know.

Great location, clean & comfortable! Staff is amazing!
Pros:

Love the location, so close to my daughters dorm! It was super clean and comfortable!

Cons:

My last stay the elevators were having issues, so there was only one available, but it was resolved this stay and they all worked great! Only other issue was the shower drain was slow, but I told them and they were quick to resolve the issue.
