Perfect location
Pros:

The location is outstanding, especially if you are visiting ASU. The rooftop bar is a gem. Great views. The staff was friendly, happy, and very helpful.

Cons:

Small rooms. The beds were lumpy. The morning breakfast was barely truck stop quality. The coffee was thin and tasteless.
