Pros:

За пореден път отсядаме в този хотел. Местоположението е отдалечено от ски писти и населени места, но природата наоколо е прекрасна. Бихме посетили отново.

Cons:

При тежък снеговалеж пътя може да се окаже трудно проходим, въпреки че беше организирано почистване от хотела.

Храната беше страхотна, вкусна и прясна. Апартамента беше голям, чист и просторен. Беше много топло и уютно.

Cons:

СПА зоната отваря чак в 15.00. Преди това е невъзможно да използваш нито басейн нито парна баня или сауна. Страшно неудобно, особено за семейства с малки деца, които нямат търпение за басейна. Храната на свободна консумация беше доста скъпа, на закуска нямаше нито един плод. Не е помислено за хората, които не ядът свинско. Нямаше никакви продукти от пилешко( шунка).

Hersey cok guzeldi . Karda buz gibi havada oda hep sıcacıktı . sıcak havuz gerçekten cok sıcaktı kardan sonrası için şahane. Geri kalan imkanları da cok iyiydi yemekleri kahvaltısı herseyiyle biz memnun kaldık düşünenlere tavsiye ederim

Η θέση του καταλύματος, η καθαριότητα και η θέρμανση του δωματίου, το σπα και το προσωπικό

Ήθελε περισσότερες επιλογές το πρωινό και η πόρτα του δωματίου είχε εξωτερικό πόμολο που άνοιγε εάν ξεχνούσες να κλειδώσεις. Όταν παραγγείλαμε στο δωμάτιο βραδυνό δεν το έφερναν αλλά έπρεπε να πάμε να το πάρουμε από την κουζίνα σε πλαστικά σκεύη. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού σκληρό

Прекрасно място – най-доброто в района - добра локация, чисти стаи, вкусна храна, рядко срещана чиста вода за пиене, любезен персонал, чудни места за разходки наоколо. Собствениците ни помогнаха да стигнем дотам, тъй като нямаме личен автомобил - веднага ни свързаха с таксиметров шофьор, който ни взе от автогара Смолян и ни закара до хотела. Благодарим ви! Вече го препоръчахме на нашите приятели и ние ще го посетим отново.
