Pros:

Right next to the mall so easy to find something to do and the room was small yet very comfortable

Great experience there, we will be returning for sure.
Pros:

Breakfast staff, servers, cooking staff and cleaners all excellent, including Manager Fernando.
They all had welcoming smiles and friendly manners.
The coffee station man, Pak Ilhan, was very good, remembering your order when returning for a refill.
Breakfast selection, especially the fresh bread, baked by Pak Agung, prizewinning.
He was introduced to us by Manager Fernando. We spoke of our appreciation of his skill.

Cons:

Room safe almost at ground level; one has to kneel on floor to operate.

Good location in BSD City.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful, although they didn´t really speak English. Nice working space for our team meetings. and nice breakfast.

Cons:

Lights worked a bit weird on some of our rooms and toilette lid looked a bit old and chipped. Unfortunately swimming pool was under repair (not lucky with the pools at hotels lately!) and although they offer to send us to another hotel it was really not convenient and we didn´t end up doing it.

As with all hotels in indonesia they don´t provide invoice as they consider booking is hte platform that should give the invoice.

Uitgebreid ontbijt en goed. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Parkeren is gratis, geen tijdslimiet. Kamer redelijk ruim. Voor sportliefhebbers, paddelbaan aanwezig...
