Très bon séjour au Grand Mercure très bien situé
Pros:

La localisation ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel et le confort de la chambre

Cons:

La piscine au milieu de la salle de restauration et la salle de sport petite avec peu d'équipements

Not up to the level of a Mercure hotel.
Pros:

That is very close to the exhibition center and close to the Aeon mall which has lots of restaurants. The room and bathroom are very ample.

Cons:

The food offering was limited compared to other Mercure hotels. No fillings in the omelete or any yoghurt and/granola.
It is spread over a long narrow area. BAD DESIGN. The room does not have a proper office chair and worktable.

いまいち部屋の設備と水のサービスがよければ、高得点です。
Cons:

部屋の飲料水は、ボトルでの方が安心できまれ。蓋つきのタンブラーでしたが、開封されていてもわからないので、未開封栓ボトルをお願いします。
テレビしたのUBに繋げても充電されなかった。

Hotel stategis dekat dgn aeon mall, kamar nyaman.

Cons:

Kolam renang berdekatan dgn padel hotel & restoran, jd terlihat crowded, apalg kmrn pas weekend liburan sekolah.
Tdk ada taman utk bermain anak, tp di flyernya booking masih ada, pas dtg ternyata sdh diganti dgn padel, mnt tlg utk di update agar customer tdk kecewa, apalg sy punya anak yg senang main ditaman.
