La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de Dotombori y el letrero de glico, muchas opciones para comer cerca del area, la estacion Namba esta muy cerca lo que ayuda en trasladarse a los diferentes sitios de interés, las instalaciones del hotel aunque pequeñas cumplen su función muy bien, el buffet del hotel excelente y el trato del personal muy amable y atento. Esta fue la tercer vez que me hospedó ahí y siempre es un placer volver.

Cons:

La habitación tenía un olor un poco raro, no era algo desagradable pero poniendo el aire acondicionado se quito.

Die Lage, WLAN hat gut funktioniert, es war sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Keine Früchte, keine Schokoladenmilch, kein Müsli, kein normales Brot, keine Aufstriche für die kleinen Brötchen, kein Nutella oder Konfitüre, nur sehr viel fettiges und warmes. Es hatte zwar yoghurt aber nichts um darin zu tun (bis auf eine ungesunde künstliche Sauce mit Fruchtgeschmack).

Desayuno variado, rico y de libre acceso. Tiene un bar con tragos de todo tipo libre para los huespedes. Atencion del personal excelente.

La almohada tradicional muy incomoda. Pero ofrecen almohadas en recepcion para reemplazo.

In a very convenient location for shopping and food lots of stuff that’s close by to walk to staff was great and accommo

The room service is very good. They come in and clean the room and make the bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was small, but it is to be expected most hotels in Japan rooms are small. I just wish there was a nice place to put the luggage.

The rooms are generally small for families with young children, and we also had luggage with us.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I can’t understand why most food in Japanese hotel breakfasts contains pork. I would understand if it were included in a few items, but even though there is a significant increase in Muslim travelers staying in Japan, I don’t know why this issue is still being overlooked.

Be aware that the rooms are extremely small.
We booked one for 2 and we couldn’t fit 2 carry-on . We end up requesting to change to a room with three beds to use one for the luggage
I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone specially if you are traveling with kids.
There is only one elevator, but to my surprise we didn’t have to wait too long at the time of use
The staff do not speak English. There was a couple that have limited communication in English language. Even though they try hard in communicating and they were very polite.
To me is too expensive for what it is.

這是我第二次入住,體驗還是一樣的好,枕頭真的很好睡每天都睡得很舒服!

早餐是自助吧,不用看住房資料,直接就坐用餐
早餐豐富多樣,每天都會提供一道在地的美食,例如章魚燒&大阪燒&炒麵,非常的好吃!

Cons:

沒有樓梯,上下樓層都需要用電梯搭乘,有時候人潮眾多時,等電梯都會等比較久的時間
