The staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean.
The first day our air conditioner wasn’t working. Called front desk and they switched me to a new room. So that was a plus. Other than that everything was wonderful!
After driving 10 hours we were exalted but upon arrival from the time we checked in and from the time we left every staff member was great nice and clean the breakfast was great thanks for having a wonderful staff ❤️😊
The location was accommodating to my needs
Room was not cleaned the entire time I was there.
When items were requested noone could bring it to the room and we would need to come down to receive it.

The property was nice and comfortable. Very clean
After traveling 7 1/2 hours I arrive at the property to check in just for them to tell me my room was canceled. They ran my card without even notifying me nor was it in their policy that they would run your card the day of your stay without you being present to save your room. If I chose the pay at property option that’s what I expect to do. Then I was told that they tried to call me around 11:00AM to confirm my stay and NOBODY called me but when I did try to call them to let them know I was going to be late checking in NOBODY ANSWERED. I didn’t even receive a cancellation email from them so I was very disappointed once I arrived however I was lucky to get the last room but they need to do better with their communication skills. I’ve stayed at holiday inn multiple times and this has never happened.
They were super friendly and everything was clean. The bar was nice and food was probably one of the best hotel breakfast i’ve ever had !
It was clean, and staff was nice.
Breakfast was paid for ahead of time, got to the bar and they were out of everything or it was cold and nasty. Was extremely hot in the area where the food was. Worker said , " I know its not great , so im not charging anyone" but we had already paid for it.
