We have loved staying at Holiday Inns in the past but wasn’t pleased this stay.
Pros:

We loved how convenient it was to our destinations.

Cons:

We had a shower leaking and couldn’t get it to stop! We paid for breakfast with our booking and was very disappointed in the way it is handled. I have stayed at cheaper hotels and received much better food for breakfast than we did there. There wasn’t any food ever ready, you would have to make sure they rang you up first to ensure you paid for it then wait for 30+ minutes. Then, monitor drinks like I have never seen! We drank orange juice and apple juice and it was pored for us and then put away so we couldn’t have seconds? There wasn’t a waffle maker so you can make your own. The food was mediocre at best and we found ourselves eating out after we left breakfast that we had paid for. I hadn’t had this issue ever. If you mention the hours breakfast is then warm food should already be served it defeats the idea so we won’t buy that package again it isn’t worth it.

It was not so great but we still stayed for one night
Pros:

I liked the front desk was really nice and welcoming easy parking no trouble with homeless walking by

Cons:

The shower was dirty had hairs from someone else who previously showered so we didn’t wanna shower in that,also the bed had hairs on it too plus the pillows had yellow stains

My husband had to sleep in his truck. That sums it all!
Pros:

Worst experience ever! Will never book at holiday inn ever again! Extremely disappointed!

Cons:

They didn’t honor the reservation as reserved on your website. The staff at check in was very unfriendly, unprofessional and super unhelpful.

Cons:

When booking, I selected a king room and even viewed pictures of the room. When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 queen beds. The front desk stated they assign rooms based on availability but that's not what I selected when booking and that was disappointing.

Very good hotel that needs some comfort improvements in the room I booked
Pros:

Front desk was very helpful. Hotel smelled amazingly clean and fresh in all areas. Very nice common areas, small but comfortable restaurant for breakfast and for dinner, with a nice bar. Lots of parking with well-lit parking lot for hotel guests.

Cons:

no hairdryer in room, make sure you bring your own. no floor mat to step on when getting out of shower/bath. bathtub exceptionally slippery. Bathroom door would not stay in "open" position, you couldn't be in there with the door open and the door was very heavy, with no doorstop available to keep it open. Also, although this was a queen suite with two queen beds and a sleeper couch, essentially sleeping 5 people, there was ONE cup by the coffee machine, and no plastic cups, or any kind of cups, in the bathroom.
