Great value for price!
Pros:

Location was convenient and off the main road that it was quiet. Facilities were sufficient for the price paid. Plenty of roadside parking. Staff service was exceptional!

Cons:

Room only had AC. If it's a hot day, the room can be unbearably hot and stuffy when you return. Leaving the window open in the front-facing room also allows smoke from those smoking downstairs to waft through. Not major problems but things to consider when booking.

Great location and close to convenience
Pros:

It exceeded my expectation of budget hotel. Nice breakfast, though not much spread. Can buy good coffee from the cafe at fair price.
Room is adequate with comfortable mattress.
A lot of food options near by and there is convenience store next to it. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Good location. I will use it again

Location : Very strategic to the food place. Easy to find ur dinner if u stay here as this hotel is located in Persiaran Makanan road😍 Dobi & kedai runcit is just beside the hotel.
Services : Hotel staffs are so welcoming. I forgot one staf name, a guy. Always suggest us kedai makan yang sedap..u guys can try makan malam di Jank if u nak western food, nasi lemak here sedap gila sambal dia + teh ais mmg padu! This gerai so near to this hotel. U can just jalan to get any good u want here.
Room : Sangat bersih & selesa.

Cons:

No window inside the room & the room size not spacious. Just muat² for 2 adults.
Breakfast not variety. But the taste is good.
