The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points.
But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel.
Just after check-in, I entered the room on the 12th floor and began to unpack, when a staff came up, knocked the door and asked whether I paid expenses. I answered I had already paid all the expenses by credit card through hotels.com in Korea showing her the slip. Later staffs must have checked if I had paid in Korea as I told her and showed her the slip.
However, staffs asked me twice if I paid the expenses and demanded my credit card number when I was checking out. I really got upset and told them in broken Chinese "You should know how to do your work."
The hotel looked new but it didn't keep supplying hot water water.
