I regret to give negativity, towards any properties.This property is beautiful, with incredible views. Unfortunately, it's rated 4* but the front desk service 2* Lack of professional serv. & visibility, poor language skills for International guests. House keeping & resto. staff 4* also the pool area/grounds were great. The indoor Spa, is a ripoff... especially, if u wanted to use the pool/facilities. Unfortunately, I was never able to view the Host or speak with them for an appt! Regarding my rm. No" tissues in the bathroom, no free water daily, no robs/slippers no toilet brush for cleaning... Now" the food @ the resto, is very basic, not impressive. Breakfast, had a decent amount of choice, it's ok! I've stayed @ many other Barcelo's. Sadly" this one, has no Character or Charm, just an amazing view of the city/mountains!!! The parking situation could be better for quests. Hopefully, the Barcelo Management will take note & improve better service @ this property! Thanks...

A nice place with great view. The pool has limited opening hours unfortunately.

Fabulous quality rooms with magnificent views over Aracena, wonderful staff and service, very good breakfast, beautiful pool and bar.
Only downside is no shuttle service to town. Impossible for older people to walk into Town . there are only 2 taxis in town who are difficult to book and finish at 1.30pm. Stranded in town after dinner. A kind local helped us.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great terrace with magnificent views of the Castle, town and pool area.
Good restaurant on site.
It’s a bit of a walk into town and uphill on the way back but plenty of restaurants once you get there.

Food at the main restaurant needs improvement. It was average.

Tapetes do quarto a precisarem de limpeza, ar condicionado a funcionar mal ou muito quente ou frio, pequeno almoço abria as 8 horas, e nada estava pronto estivemos à espera que fossem trazendo as coisas . Este hotel está a perder qualidade apesar de terem aumentado os preços a relação qualidade / Preço não é real.

Mas um cheiro horrível de esgoto no banheiro, tivemos que manter a porta fechada o tempo todo enquanto estivemos no apartamento.

Hotel con vistas preciosas, muy moderno y cómodo. En el bar se come estupendamente. Estancia muy relajante. Era julio y en ningún momento pasé calor quizás se debe a que está en alto.

The setting of the hotel with panoramic views on Aracena, the castle and the churches is unique. We appreciated the very helpful staff and the food in the Jamar restaurant. In the neighborhood are very beautiful hikes possible!
