Great location surrounded by stores and right next to the Ueno Train Statio
Pros:

The staff were helpful especially when needong assistance to send our luggage to our next hotel

Cons:

The room size and there was an old fake eyelash on the bunkbed ladder

Super Hotel at Ueno Iriyaguchi gave me value for money and a great base to discover Tokyo.
Pros:

I liked,its closeness to Ueno Station and all the Ueno offers, welcome drinks and getting breakfast so to set up my day well.

Cons:

Beds were a bit hard but that is more of a cultural thing, you adapt.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, a un par de cuadras de la estación de Ueno, super bien conectado. El barrio es lindo y tranquilo en la noche, con combinis cercanos en caso de necesitar algo. El hotel es pequeño tanto el lobby como el restaurante pero tiene desayuno tradicional y bar libre en la tarde. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero tienen todo lo necesario, aire acondicionado y hasta bañera. El baño tiene un escalón grande por lo que puede no ser adecuado para alguien mayor o con problemas de movilidad (tal vez haya otras habitaciones adaptadas). Hay buena presión de agua y una ventana que permite ventilar la habitación. Para una persona sola o una pareja con poco equipaje es ideal para algunos días.

Cons:

La almohada es realmente muy incómoda, hecha de un material raro y duro como bolitas de plástico.

Very good place to stay, but only for 2 people . need to book for another if more than 2 .

Affordable and gives almost everything you need for a vacation with kids.
Pros:

The hotel and location is safe for kids. Near train stations. Middle of every tourist spots. You can even walk going to asakusa area and Akihabara. Near shopping areas, malls and restaurants. Breakfast is good. Water, ice and drinks for kids and adults are all available until 9pm.

Cheaper option but very accessible location. Vibrant area. Friendly catering staff.
Pros:

Location only two train stations away from Narita Airport using Skyline train.
Ueno area is a vibrant area with multiple shops, bars and famous food chains and restaurants. Ueno Station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Nearest access for train line (JR line) is only two minute walk if you need to go straight to Tokyo Main Station.
Very effective and cheap coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
Free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks between 5-9pm
Nutritious buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Tiny space for a three adults hotel room.

Pros:

The accommodation is in a good, busy location, 10 minutes walk from Ueno station. There are shops and restaurants nearby, everything is in nice new condition.

Cons:

例えば、部屋に置いてある紙の宿泊案内には清掃不要の場合には「清掃不要」のマグネットカードをドア表に出すと書いてあるのに、ドア内には「清掃が必要な場合は清掃してください」のカードを出すとか、混乱してしまった。
