Very clean and nice staff
Very nice
I apologize in advance, I am so awful with names, but the woman with the beautiful piercings who checked us in was so kind to us and extremely informative; she seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job and hearing her talk with (what I assume to be) “regulars” was really sweet. Our room was very pristine and comfy as well! We were in STL to visit a family member in hospital so to have this place be so wonderful was such a relief in such an emotional time. Bless the staff here <3
I feel like I needed more signs telling me where elevators are LOL, but nothing really that we didn’t enjoy!
It was very clean and the 2 night shift women that was at the front desk was amazing very friendly.
The breakfast was terrible I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese and the sausage was cold I had to go all the way back downstairs to use microwave to heat it up
The room itself was nice and clean. Only complaint is there was no bathroom door and a giant mirror that faced the bathroom in between the bedroom and bathroom. You could see the bathroom from the bedroom with no door. So if you’re not staying with your significant other it is VERY uncomfortable to shower
Parking sucked bad. Was told I could park on the street and pay by the hour so I did that, was paying on their app hourly and still got a ticket that I now have to call and fight. Other option was parking in a parking lot to the side of the building but parking was $25/day and when I tried to park there it was out of order forcing me to use the valet parking option for $38/day. Breakfast was also a joke, I paid on the front end to have breakfast included and I wish I didn’t had I known it wasn’t going to be your typical continental breakfast. Which it was advertised as continental breakfast. This was a few options that you got to pick one of and they were out of the coffee that was supposed to come with it. Also out of the oatmeal. We didn’t even use our breakfast coupon the next day because we were so unimpressed. Staff was hit or miss on friendliness.
I loved the vibe, places to hang out, food, games, beautiful outside area with fire pit.
Loved everything about it. We will come back
The location
No breakfast available the happy hour wasn't long enough it was hard very hard to locate my room for the price the room was too small
Clean, location
Nothing
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was well maintained, very clean.
I didn’t find anything to dislike.
-Very close to work.
-nice room
i had to dug myself out of the parking lot during my stay on Jan 24-25,2026. I stayed on these dates because of the snow storm but I ended up walking to my work because the parking lot was not plowed, snow was too deep to navigate. Front desk told me it’s not their responsibility because Aloft does not own the parking lot but I paid 25$ per night to park in the enclosed lot. It was very disappointing as a customer.
The amenities were nice.
Parking not close
Nice hotel, very trendy with good ammenities.
Hotel room was nice, but funky layout. No privacy by the shower (i.e. no door to close off the shower area). Room was a bit dirty, but not horrible. Breakfast wasn't the best. Parking was also expensive and we had to walk around the construction zone late at night.
I liked the decor.
The room itself.
The bedding had some light colored staining on it bed wasnt made well and it wasnt comfortable.
The staff was very nice and helpful to me.
Our heat in our room did not work. It was 60 degrees the whole night and we were miserable. We had plans to stay in St, Louis for the day, but had to change them because we did not sleep well and were freezing!
Room was clean.
I prepaid for breakfast and had a hassle from the staff about confirming it as they tried to charge me again. Food was okay, but not great. No free parking. No microwave in the room. No ice machine on our floor. We were told to get it from the bar, but that was only open in the evening. Staff was defensive and rude whenever I asked a question.
The rooms
Not having a door on the room bathrooms
