We had such a lovely stay. The place truly lives up to it's name – peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt so calm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. It was such a special and heartwarming experience, and we would absolutely love to visit again.

Incompetent chaotic management.
We had 3 rooms , none of which were cleaned for the 2 nights we were there .
No alcoholic drinks apart from a bottle of warm wine ( this was New Years Eve ).
The property is the most beautiful property on the lake . the view is unbelievable. Dev and his staff go out of there way to please you . They even washed my car for me . We love Dev and The staff and our exclusive accommodations

Supper friendly staff made really made us it’s our home.
Specially so flexible for meal times etc unlike many other hotel restrict the guests for last meal, breakfast time etc.
there is nothing like that here and they go really out of their way to make sure that we are well comfortable.
A truly serene location to stay, with incredible helpful, kind and attentive staff. Delicious Sri Lankan dishes as well as Western style food. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here.

Food was subpar on some occasions and they ran out of stock on some things, which was a problem since their portions on some occasions were smaller than usual. Overall, food was expensive.
