Friendly professional staff, nice pool with a working handicap lift (very hard to find).
Pros:

This is the MOST wheelchair accessible/friendly hotel I have ever been in!
NOTE: we stay 40-60 nights a year or more in hotels when traveling the country
Biggest rooms in the industry and the biggest and best breakfast in the business

Cons:

The hotel (5 years old) could have been around so the views were Michigan farm land and rolling hills.
Our king suite view was lower building roof at the bottom and construction of another hotel being built… but that’s nothing anyone can change now :-(

This is an excellent property and we will be back!
Pros:

We checked in later in the evening and the night host was so kind, welcoming. We were very tired and he made us feel so welcome and comfortable right at check in.

Cons:

The room was fantastic, we did have an issue with the electronic blinds so when the sun came up it was very bright in our room. We think the blind was stuck that would provide the room darkening feature.
