Pros:

Loved the location, the room and the buffet breakfast. Also everything was very clean.

Cons:

No flat sheet on the bed? Only a fitted sheet and quilt on top. Found that unusual.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Prompt response for requested extras. Quick check in and out. Lovely staff. Lovely bed and pillows

Cons:

Scales in bathroom never work. Spouts for toiletries too short. Never enough tea, coffee, milk and sugar

Was great for one night. Restaurant was amazing.
Pros:

When you are paying $37.oo for breakfast think you can give a complimentary Late!

Cons:

Was after a taxi so the staff on level 10 told me to go to ground level and the concierge would arrange for me. When down stairs there were no concierge the desk was full of about 20 airline staff. Noone would help me so very disappointed. Had to hail my own cab and was late for my meeting! Maybe next time if advising guests to see concierge ring and make sure someone can look after them!
