The TV didnt work
The location was great. The rooms were a good size.
Nothing.
The stay was lovely, staff were professional and kind, food was lovely and my room was beautiful.
The air vent in my bathroom wasn't working, I had to leave the bathroom door open to shower to prevent over condensation in bathroom.
I was quoted a $50 deposit an hour before my arrival over the phone but when I checked in I was charged $300 deposit and told due to a last minute booking, I should of been quoted that over the phone. Just a minor miscommunication error.

The staff were excellent; a particular shout-out to Darcy who we met during the first morning of our stay and was keeping calm and competent despite the chaotic weekend breakfast rush around us. We experienced honestly fantastic service from a range of other team members we only interacted with briefly during our stay, who were all so helpful.
For the parking garage next door we and multiple other patrons had issues with getting the sensor to recognise our cards. In one case, I had to iump out of my car to show the other guest how to 'jiggle' the card in front of the sensor just right so we could both leave the parking garage.
For the breakfast buffet, it was a little difficult some mornings to find lighter options (fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts) that hadn't been pawed over to the point they didn't look appetising anymore. We would have liked to see this station being topped up more often.
I beautifully well,kept room and very comfortable bed. The shower was absolutely wonderful. Love it
The noise from other rooms coming through to ours was unexpected and a disappointment.
The location is excellent, staff was lovely, room was clean and spacious (premium king with city views). Views over the north side of the city. Room service, dinner with a glass of wine was very good, food was tasty and nicely presented, wine was delish and it didn't take very long, reasonably priced.
Room did not have mini bar. Block out curtains were a bit hard to move along the track. No desserts available on room service all day dinning menu!
