The location is central to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
I like that the hotel was centrally located, near to Rundle Street and the Mall.
I paid for a high-floor room, but when you check in, the lobby is on the 10th floor. So when you get placed on the 12th floor out of 20-something floors, you are basically on the 2nd floor (low if you ask me), It was promoted to have a city view, by which they mean you're looking into another building, not the glamorous city view as promoted on booking.com.
I am just as disappointed with Booking.com promoting crap... as a Genius Level 3 client, that has never complained about a hotel I've booked on Booking.com (and I have travelled to remote African villages in the past). If that doesnt give you a honest review on Crown Hotel Adelaide... I dont know what else you need to know!

After 2 unanswered emails I now must leave this review and unfortunately it is not good. I would never go back to this place after gagging on a large chunk of hair that was in my food after waiting 30 minutes after everyone else at my table had their food. Absolute disgrace and not what I expect from a so called 5 star restaurant. Disgusting. Maybe put hair nets on your chefs because we went past the kitchen and they weren’t wearing any..
They can have a full review when I get my ‘bond’ back that they’ve been holding onto for a month!
