Cons:

Pool needs to be warmer .
Bar needs to sell proper cocktails with a smoothie machine for strawberry daiquiris etc . Proper cocktails.
Need more sunloungers in pool area.

Pros:

overall the stay was great. great location to nearby shops and attractions. rooms were clean and spacious first i was given a room with a store roof veiw then they changed it when i requested.

Cons:

the price was a bit high
keeping my car in a nearby parking was very expensive, they should have a better car parking options

I won't recommend this hotel as a family stay
Pros:

Location was good and central, Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Rooms were very small and not really value for money. Views from the room were also poor. There was very little to do in hotel itself as reception was always overcrowded.

A wonderful, relaxing stay in Adelaide. Great location to shops and high quality restaurants with a short walk to the bo
Pros:

The service was exceptional throughout our entire stay. Everyone throughout the hotel were super friendly and helpful.
The pillow menu was a great treat and ensured a great nights rest during our stay.

Cons:

Perhaps a spa or sauna could be added to the property to enhance the guest experience.
