Pool and location were great but it was a bit expensive for what it offered

Five day getaway in Adelaide city centre

Great location. Clean, tidy and had everything you expected. We were there while the Adelaide Fringe was in and it was a fantastic location for that.

Cons:

the room was unacceptably small and depressing view. We asked for a different room but as there was no availability we paid for one night and left the hotel without staying in the room. We stayed at the Intercontinental in a spectacular room at less cost. I asked Crown to swap the booking to the Intercontinental, but they were not able to do that. negative experience

Customer service and no valet parking lets this hotel down.
Pros:

Location and comfy bed. Clean room.

Cons:

Staff couldn’t find my booking when I was checking in. Very underwhelming sense of arrival. Just needed some happy smiling staff. Was allocated a an accessible room so the bathroom was a bit underwhelming.

Check in was easy even the concierge downstairs was very helpful with information etc, rooms were clean and very comfy beds, checkout easy and accommodating
