Koomo experience
Pros:

Just had an amazing lunch at Koomo. Michelle was absolutely fantastic, such a bubbly personality with a wealth of knowledge about Adelaide and what Crown Plaza has to offer. Looking forward to another great experience.

Let down and disappointed

Cons:

Parking, No Valet, self park then charged but card didn't work so paid twice. Room Service ceased at 11pm was the main reason to stay and unable to return until after 11:30 to find had to leave to find a venue for a drink and food on a Saturday night!! After it clearly stated on the booking that 24hr was available . QR code for room service but no idea the phone number to call reception or concierge to arrange cab had to physically walk downstairs. Been a client of Crown Plaza for more than 20 years and feeling let down
