We'll definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great front desk, breakfast staff.. Very comfortable room & very well appointed. Loved the bathroom as well. Very good breakfast food & nice happy hour. We'll definitely return.

Cons:

A lot of kids running around. Maybe more comfortable bar area.

Nice hotel for a short stay. I would stay again for a short visit.
Pros:

Good amenities, clean. Complimentary cocktail, appetizer and breakfast. Room was nice.

Cons:

Hallways weren’t air conditioned. One elevator that was small. Bathrooms don’t have enough lighting.
Our shuttle driver didn’t call us (when he had my phone number)for pickup when he couldn’t locate us and returned to the hotel without us from the concert venue. We had to summon a Uber, wait for a long time for a ride.

The view , the unnecessary wake up call from the landscapers , and the fact that breakfast was over by 9ish.

Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar/breakfast area attractively furnished, clean, and well managed.

Cons:

Just one elevator slowed access to upper floors.

Extremely pleasant spot for travelers
Pros:

Location is within walking distance of the town square which made it very easy to get to the New Year’s Eve celebration - however, they also provide a free shuttle if you’d prefer…this was our second year to stay for NYE…staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and helpful - 1 free drink/guest each night of stay…rooms are very large and comfortable and clean - this is our preferred spot in Paso!

Made for a wonderful stay in Paso!
Pros:

Hubs n I stayed 2 nites over the New Year’s Eve holiday, which was also my Birthday!
Pros: The hotel totally surprised me with a gift bag full of cute little items and a delicious slice of cheese cake!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice as well. I loved the big soaker bathtub and the soft water was a nice luxury. This hotel was close to the town square, but for us, not walkable. We drove and found easy parking closer to the Square. They do offer a free shuttle if necessary.
Cons: They didn’t have the make-your-own omelette option as advertised, but they did have a nice hearty breakfast offering. I wish there was a better coffee maker in the room; there was a coffee steeper tea-bag type brewing method and it just was messy, time consuming and weak tasting. I would also recommend a puck light for under the microwave shelf to help see better in that area, it was just way too dark.

Comfortable, clean, safe and affordable.
Pros:

Check in was quick. The lobby was very pretty. Nice gym with sauna. The rooms are very clean, new and comfortable. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was very spacious and fluffy towels too! The location of the hotel was convenient and quiet. Felt very safe there. Breakfast buffet was simple but good. Eggs, meat and potatoes and a variety of breads. Would definitely stay again.

Great Paso hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is so cute! New hotel with great design! Free hot breakfast and complimentary happy hour drink and appetizer! It’s in downtown Paso, so good central location, we just walked to dinner. Would definitely stay here again!
