Oxford Suites Paso Robles

What a perfect place to stay. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The rooms were nice, spacious with all the amenities you need.

We loved everything about this hotel - gracious staff, palatial room, good food and wine, easy access from 101, history of Paso Robles, nice toiletries!

The only thing is no one texted me when room was ready

The Oxford Suites in Paso Robles was wonderful. From the wonderful check in experience to the great shuttle service. Happy Hour with free appetizers was perfect after visiting tasting rooms and shopping all day. The hotel is kept so clean. Such a great nights rest. Chas our shuttle driver was a wealth of knowledge about the area. And was so accommodating. I recommend staying at Oxford Suites Paso Robles anytime you are in the area.

The hotel is very nice and offers good rates, great free breakfast and drinks at the social hours in the bar. It is located a short distance to downtown where there are many restaurants and tasting rooms and they have a free shuttle. The best thing is the staff that work hard to make your stay fantastic. We stay at Oxford every trip we take to Paso Robles.

I have stayed here before. It is clean and the fee for dogs is reasonable. The nightly cocktail and breakfast included is great. I think only downside is very little grass for the dog to go pee in and you cannot take dog to where you can eat or get drunk so hard to enjoy together. Other than that great spot and I recommend

Location was great for sensorio attraction. Rooms are modern and very clean. Family Friendly atmosphere. Complimentary cocktail and buffet style breakfast with reservation. Overall great stay.

It was an amazing stay. It all started with the customer service I received from Cheyenne before I even arrived. She was so helpful and had a great sense of humor. I have a kid at Cal Poly and UCSB. I usually stay a Hilton. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to Cheyenne who made the difference!!

The ambiance was stunning, the staff went above and beyond. They have shuttles for free to downtown. The rooms were comfortable, clean and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The bar was a nice touch. Can’t say anything bad. Highly recommend.

The customer service was top notch! I called the morning of and Cheyenne upgraded the room! She was so pleasant on the phone and so was every hotel employee we encountered. The check in process was seamless, room was clean and spacious. We stayed in the two room family suite. I would definitely recommend staying here. I absolutely love the interior decor as well.

Super clean and quiet rooms. Great pool and hot tub. Free happy hour drink and breakfast. The kids and I had a lovely time.

I chose Oxford Suites by looking online without any knowledge of this hotel or any recommendations. We were very surprised how lovely this hotel was. The room was spacious and the added bonus was a cocktail/ wine and an appetizer in the evening from 5:30-7:30 and a full delicious breakfast from
7-9 every morning. Oxford Suites is quiet indoors with a beautiful pool outside. This hotel is located very close to all the amazing wineries in this area and is a few blocks away from the downtown park. I highly recommend this affordable hotel in Paso Robles!

This is an outstanding hotel. Clean, classy, quiet, professional. Great location. Wonderful breakfast.

The visit would’ve been been perfect with the exception of (3) factors! With one being VERY IMPORTANT! A toilet that’s stable on the floor! Nothing worse than using a toilet that feels as though it’s gonna cone off the floor! And thst was our experience with our room! Secondly. NO towel racks to hang our wet towels after using! The two little black hooks in the bathroom were not enough. And third only two garbage bags for the three garbage cans! No extras for a two night stay.

Overall, I thought the stay was enjoyable. The hotel was clean, the room was well maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job throughout our visit.

The service from the front desk, however, was a mixed experience. One young Black gentleman at the front desk provided some of the best customer service I've ever received. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. In fact, I overheard several other people in the elevator complimenting him as well. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and certainly deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides.

Unfortunately, my experience with another front desk employee was quite different. A white woman, who appeared to be around 40 years old, came across as condescending and dismissive. Her tone made interactions feel uncomfortable, and it left a negative impression. I also overheard other guests expressing similar concerns about their interactions with her, so it didn't seem to be an isolated experience.

The complimentary breakfast was good overall. While it wasn't anything particularly memorable, there was a nice variety of options, and it was a convenient way to start the day.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning. With consistently friendly customer service across the front desk, the experience would have been even better.

Clean, Comfortable, and Genuinely Welcoming

We had a great stay at Oxford Suites Paso Robles for our anniversary weekend. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is very clean, practical, comfortable, centrally located, and a very good value for the money. It has a bit of a Holiday Inn Express feel, but better executed and with a more welcoming atmosphere.

The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff. Cheyene was extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived and gave us helpful information about wineries, things to do in Paso Robles, and the hotel in general. She also left a bottle of prosecco and a very thoughtful note in our room, which was a really nice touch and made our stay feel special.

The shuttle service was also invaluable. It made it easy and safe to visit wineries without worrying about driving, and that added a lot to the overall experience.

The included breakfast was convenient and perfectly adequate for starting the day before heading out to wineries. It is similar to what you would expect from a good Holiday Inn Express-style breakfast, so I would not book the hotel specifically for the breakfast, but it was definitely nice to have included.

The property was very clean throughout, and the housekeeping team was attentive and friendly. The location was also convenient, close to downtown Paso Robles and an easy drive to several wineries we wanted to visit, including Booker and Austin Hope.

A special thank you to Catherine, the General Manager, as well. The hotel is clearly well run, clean, and staffed by a genuinely welcoming team.

Overall, Oxford Suites Paso Robles is a very solid choice if you want a clean, comfortable, well-located hotel with friendly service and good value. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very professional. It is a very clean hotel and any requests we had were addressed immediately. Walking distance to downtown and short drives to many wineries. They also had nice amenities.
