The best weekend away

Nice enough but don’t understand why it’s in leading hotels of the world and didn’t consider it worth the money

Closeness to the family adjoining hotel - room overlooked it, noisy with children etc
Lack of restaurant time options
Had to pay €15 for tennis despite price of the hotel
One of the reception members was lovely, other one not so helpful

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

The hotel itself is super charming, intimate, and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean, and you could really feel the attention to detail everywhere.

Communication was also excellent — being able to contact the hotel easily via WhatsApp was so convenient and made everything completely stress-free.

And the breakfast served in the room was simply WOW! Such a lovely experience, beautifully presented and the perfect way to start the day.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back.

Vivre quelques jours dans une carte postale.
Pros:

LA VUE etait incroyable. La chambre et la salle de bain modernes, belles et fonctionnelles. Le personnel charmant et attentionné.
La terrasse était hyper grange et le petit déj servi chambre était l'assurance d'un matin spécial.

Overpriced serviced apartment with main entrance through the garage
Pros:

Landscape, view from the room.

Cons:

This is a higher level serviced apartment concept within a big family resort. Outdoor pool very small, impossible to swim there but can swim well in the large indoor pool. Entrance through the garage due to building being on top of the hill; not a nice first impression to enter through the garage. Totally overpriced with over €1100 per night.

Pros:

Eine tiefenentspannte Atmosphäre inmitten hochwertigen interior Designs, sehr schöner Aussenanlage und erhabenen Ausblicken in eine der schönsten Landschaften Europas. Tolle Mitarbeiter in Hotel und SPA nehmen sich Zeit für Ihre Gäste. Das ist nicht günstig, sondern wertvoll.

Amazing staff!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay, and honestly it’s all thanks to the amazing staff. Wendy, Laura, and Tecla made us feel so welcome from day one, always going out of their way to help and just genuinely making sure we had everything we needed.

It’s not often you come across a team this friendly and caring, and they’re really what made this trip special. Huge thank you to all the great staff, we’d absolutely come back just for the way they took care of us.

Insane, must visit, great value, super clean, incredibly friendly 10/10.
Pros:

Everything from start to finish was impeccable. The staff are wonderful so friendly and attentive. Our room was stunning newly kitted out with all the mod cons. The space was massive and the view was incredible. Spa, pool and gym better than most top spas! Sit in the sauna and see the view! Is a small hotel maybe 10 rooms but has everything you would get in a huge hotel with peace and quiet. They don’t miss a trick even if you look under the bed is a note to say we’ve already been here to clean. Wife loved that! To all the team thank you again. For anyone reading this your in for a treat. Close to all other pockets aswell to visit. Car is ideal but drivers readily available if not. See you again soon! Thank you! Matteo & Emilia. Xxx
