Nice facility with very good restaurants nearby.
Pros:

The facility was very nice, clean and seemed to be very well organized and efficient. The room was very nice.

Cons:

Some of the duplex receptacles were completely worn out to the point that a plug would just fall out. This was a last minute booking so the price per night was very high.

Pros:

L'atmosphère était chaleureuse, le service impeccable de tout le personnel, et la piscine chauffée ainsi que le spa étaient un vrai régal ; mes enfants en ont pleinement profité. Le petit-déjeuner inclus proposait un large choix, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. De plus, la décoration aux couleurs de la FIFA 2026 était parfaitement adaptée à la saison ; étant Colombiens, nous avons adoré. La connexion Wi-Fi était bonne, ce qui nous a permis de regarder le match de football Colombie-Portugal. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à proximité d'un McDonald's et d'autres commerces, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu'on voyage avec des adolescents. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans votre hôtel et serions enchantés de revenir.

Rien à signaler, tout s'est très bien passé pendant notre séjour.

Had a great overnight stay for mother's Day with the grandkids
Pros:

This place is probably one of the best hotels in the quinte area, Katie, the manager goes above and beyond for the guests. She made our stay on Saturday so special for mother's Day. My grandkids had a treasure hunt and they gave all moms at this hotel a gift for mother's Day. All the stuff was lovely. The place it was immaculate we really enjoyed our stay, this is our new go-to place for overnight pool stays. Thanks so much Katie and Staff! You guys were a wonderful! Esther, our cleaning lady was the sweetest woman you could ever meet also!
