Recommend if travelling back home via Haneda
Pros:

I liked how there was a nearby coin laundry spot, and that there were good subway spots for me to go to spots like Ikebukuro, Shibuya or Ueno quickly. Also not too far from Haneda airport either.

Cons:

N/A, although it does not have a coin laundry in the hotel itself, it was very good and very comfortable.

Very convenient location with easy access to public transport and several dining options nearby. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained, making it a comfortable base for exploring Tokyo.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely small, even by Tokyo standards, which could made longer stays less comfortable. Storage space was very limited, and the compact layout could feel cramped, especially with luggage.

Son derece konforlu, nazik ve yardımsever çalışanları olan sessiz sakin bir oteldi. Tek sıkıntısı sigara içme alanı yoktu ama karşısındaki binada bulunan ortak sigara içme alanı bu eksikliği biraz kapattı

部屋や受付スタッフは最高でした。
Pros:

部屋は綺麗でアメニティーも充実していました。部屋の温度も快適でした。受付スタッフも親切でした。

Cons:

夜9時過ぎにホテルスタッフが空き室の見回り？をしていて、ドアの開け閉めの音や部屋内でのチェックの音がうるさかったです。次の日朝早かったのですが、この時間にチェック(見回り)をしなければいけない理由がわからないですし、音を立てない形で行ってほしいです。
