Important information:

Guidelines for Dog Owners:

• 1-6 nights: the fee is $75, whether a 1 night or 6 nights stay.
• 7-30 nights: the fee is $100 plus an additional deep cleaning fee of $100.
• 30+ nights: fee is based on hotel’s discretion
To ensure maximum comfort for all of our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet after a 7-30 night stay, there are certain steps that we must take to ensure the suite is left clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the suite to remove any fleas etc.
The cost of performing this extra cleaning is approximately $100. For this reason, we add a NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning charge to the account when a guest checks-in for
7-30 nights with a pet.
The Hyatt Place brand, limits pets to two (2) household dogs per room weighing less than 50 lbs. each, all dogs must be housebroken. We reserve the right to refuse dogs
that do not meet customary standards for household dogs, based on species, odor or aggressiveness. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can make arrangements to be present when your room is serviced.

Pets are not allowed in the food service areas and pool. We suggest Guest use side or back entrances, and dogs must be on leashes when in public areas.

Housekeeping Service (Pets Related) It is mandatory that all guest rooms with pets are required to be serviced by our housekeeper at a minimum every three (3) days.

Cons:

Il faut renouveler certaines lampes de chevet non fonctionnelles, ou abîmées, dans certaines chambres. Le canapé peut être renouvelé aussi dans certaines chambres sans doute.

over all I enjoyed our stay, I would stay there again, friendly staff

My family was pleased with the free hot breakfast, your typical free breakfast. The beds were comfortable, rooms are nice, up to date.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned during our stay, no garbage taken out, no beds made. for a family of 5, extra towels would've been nice, next time I will ask for some and ask for our room to be cleaned. The parking area is small, you would be lucky to get one on front of hotel.
