simple but clean room, very friendly staff with 24/7 service

Cons:

breakfast in connecting very simple local reastaurant, simple UK style - definetely not recommended
property area is very noisy, playing kids at pool until late night. rooms and windows are poor sound protected

Pros:

Availability of food and drinks and the friendly staff. The place was accessible and there were a lot of establishments nearby.

Cons:

The room was not squeaky clean. There were mushrooms on the bottom part of the cabinet, and the comfort room had a weird smell. The AC was too weak.

Staff was very agreeable, but ownership should be ashamed of the lack of care of the public beach area.
Pros:

Nice location, but do not take care of the beach area like all the other owners in this area.

Cons:

Excessive amounts of garbage needing to be cleaned up. It stunk! Very very disappointing.

Pros:

Large room with balcony.
The owner was a very friendly guy, and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay.
When a part in the shower broke it was repaired immediately, sub 10 minutes.
Bar and bar food was really good and affordable.
A really pleasant stay.....oh yeah and a 24hr bar!

No negatives.

I would highly recommend this place, just be mindful on the weather when travelling to Subic
Pros:

Perfect location, Staff were friendly, food was delicious.

Cons:

Maybe get a better backup generator, unfortunately for us, we visited wrong time cause of the weather, the power was out the whole night and we could not sleep and just had to leave early morning to the city to avoid getting stuck in the floods.
