Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Essen im Restaurant, gutes Frühstück, grosses Bett am raumhohen Fenster mit Blick zum Hang

Cons:

Kompliziertes Online-Check-in, wegen Dorffest noch kompliziertere Anfahrt ins gut versteckte Parkhaus (mittels 2 Anrufen auf die Kontaktnummer und viel herumfahren), elektronischer Schlüssel hat nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert, viel Warten vor den Liften

Praktisch, quadratisch, gut
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist optimal, im Zentrum und direkte bei der Dorf-Bahn. Die Zimmer mit dem grossen Fenster haben eine super Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die digitale Buchung verlief nicht ohne Probleme, insbesondere wurde die Vorauszahlung nicht korrekt verbucht. Das Personal half aber dann unkompliziert.

Super Lage cooler Style

Cons:

Alles sehr unpersönlich
Zimmer sehr spartanisch eingerichtet
Für diesen Preis erwarte ich dass das Zimmer gereinigt wird und neue Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auch Gläser damit man Wasser trinken kann werden erwartet.
Preis / Leistung hat für uns ganz klar nicht gepasst.
Grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Hotel.

Das Zimmer war schlicht und funktional eingerichtet, aber durch das Holz trotzdem gemütlich. Sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Schöner Ausblick. Gute Lage. Toller Frühstücksraum mit schönem Ausblick, Frühstück mit kleiner aber feiner Auswahl. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für ein Hotel ist der kontaktlose Empfang (Login mit Handy, Codes für Hauseingang, Zimmer und Skiraum). Ausser im Restaurant haben wir keine Person / kein Personal getroffen.
