Stayed for three nights and had a very relaxing time. We could easily walk around town and enjoy the sites. Our room was large enough to relax in, but there was also a lounge. The attached restaurant provided good food.
Staff were friendly and fairly efficient. The place was spotless and well looked after. Location was fine. Food was very good, especially breakfast. Even menu quite limited if you don't eat meat. It would be good to have a soup on the menu.
A wardrobe in the room would be very helpful; the mattress was very soft with a thin topper. Pillows not at all supportive. I expected a kettle in the room. We could fetch tea and coffee from the reception but the water was often not replenished and dirty cups were left there for hours. This needs more attention.

Hotel Soma macht alles, samit sich der Gast wohlfühlt. Wir haben es insbesondere geschätzt, dass wir früher ungefragt das Zimmer beziehen konnten. Toll ist auch, dass das Hotel Restaurant auch bei Einheimischen sehr beliebt ist. Und wir finden den Ansatz des Hotels unterstützenswert, dass der Gewinn gemeinnützig verwendet wird.
Very comfortable bed with pillow menue, really dark curtains, nice view from window. Left over gas cartridges from other hikers - enough to use on day hikes.

Rustige locatie, mooie lobby, eetgelegenheid, transfer naar vliegveld, 2 uur prive gebruik van sauna en jacuzzi. Op zich aangename locatie.
Mijn kamer werd niet schoongemaakt tijdens mijn verblijf(3 nachten), ik moest vragen om handdoeken. De tweede dag werd ik in de gang aangesproken door een baliemedewerkster dat klanten die via booking boeken onmiddellijk dienen te betalen bij aankomst, waarop ik opmerkte dat mij niets was gevraagd toen ik aankwam. Het kwam nogal bot over en gaf mij als gast geen welkom gevoel.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Staff was very accommodating and we felt well looked after. Complimentary breakfast was on par with most of the places we’ve stayed around Greenland. There was a newer build to the hotel which we didn’t stay in which looked very lovely. The reception area is stunning. There was a handy little gym which is a bonus! Short walk to the supermarkets. Complimentary shuttle drop off to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.
