Room was clean
No shower gel, hand soap smell bad, woke up with no heat, breakfast inadequate.
Great food with reasonable prices, kind personnel, a bit pricey for the accommodation but a nice hotel
Nice property in a great part of town. Comfy bed and great breakfast. My only complain is that one night there was no hot water. Went to the reception and the young lady said that someone would look into it the next day. For a property this size that is unacceptable. Still, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, we had a view at the Sisimiut museum. The restaurant staff were very flexible and helpful, they assembled a vegan meal for us, even though there was none in the menu.
I loved that the excursion meet ups were in the reception area. We always knew where to be and when to be there. Consistency is key, and Søma provides.
