The cleanliness
We enjoyed the location.
The room we stayed in at first did not have hot water.
It was absolutely beautiful. My elderly mother was impressed.
One thing would be helpful is if you installed grab bars in the tub/shower.

My “golf course” view was a top golf who’s light shined right inside my room if I didn’t keep the curtains closed at night.

The breakfast could’ve been a tad better, the eating area would be nice to be slightly less crowded to where you’re not sitting right on top of people

We had a nice stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel has very easy access to I-85 and easy to park. The breakfast was standard. We arrived 1h before the regular check-in time (3pm) but they accommodated us without any problem. In overall we would recommend it.
