Great Stay!
Pros:

This is one of the better Comfort Suites I’ve ever stayed in. The last few years it seems a lot of the chains have went downhill and I’m happy to see one that’s still kept up nice. The room was clean, bed slept wonderfully, bathroom was clean, shower was good. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was kept full. The staff were all very friendly. We stopped here for one night coming home from being on vacation in Savannah. We chose this area because of going to a Greenville Drive minor league baseball game. We can’t wait to go back for another game and overnight stay at this same hotel. Five stars!

Breakfast was good had we been told the correct weekday times. Pool was warm though small.

Rude counter help, obviously at the end of her shift for the weekend, deliberately tried to rattle the next white person she saw. Racism goes many ways Probably sold my room then found a 'similar room' even though it was booked, confirmed and paid for. I didn't even realize we were almost an hour early after driving 10hrs straight with a 6yr old and he father, who had a TBI Iinstead of simply explaining that check in was at 3, she said good luck, we're sold out, when I interrupted her text to explain we were there to check in(she did not greet me or ask to help me) Naturally, I got an attitude but only after that. Ironically, hers changed the moment my black boyfriend walked in wondering what the issue was. Then she had the nerve to tell him that I had an attitude so she didn't want to help me. I'm sure y'all have cameras recording the desk, please review! She magically has our room as I sit on the toilet and I gotta come quick, please! Then, when I specifically confirmed there was indeed a bathtub, not shower in our room as confirmed, she clearly said YES. As we were on a timeline and had to be somewhere & she'd left for the weekend, we dealt with it. She should have been fired the way she came at me through, zero hospitality!
