Pros:

Duplex room was nice, lounge and small bathroom with shower on lower level, large rooms upstairs with more beds and full bath. Upper room had wall dividing two spaces but no door. No AC but skylights provided good air. No in room coffee or tea

Lo que más me gustó es el detalle que tuvieron con nosotros de cortesía de regalarnos la estancia del parking mientras que estuvimos alojados tras un gran incidente de robarnos en Francia toda la documentación y el dinero.

Pros:

Pas de papier hygiénique dans la chambre, propreté douteuse… Après un changement de chambre, la nouvelle (avec vue sur un mur en béton) n’est pas au top de la maintenance non plus. Pas de climatisation, système télévision en berne, mini frigo en panne… où sont les 4 étoiles ? En conclusion, à éviter.

We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating.
